Very Pleased with our Hot Spring Spa

We live in Pennsylvania, and are Half and Full Marathon Runners and enjoy our Hot Spring Spa. We installed a Cool Zone unit for use in the summer so our spa can be used year round. This is our second spa, and so glad we discovered Hot Spring. The quality of the construction, ease of maintenance and quality of dealer network is great. We're looking forward to many years of use.

Great shopping experience for top of the line Hot Tub product

I had never heard of Hot Springs until I was talking to a few friends about installing an in-ground pool & hot tub. They strongly suggested getting a hot tub by Hot Springs which would be much lower maintenance and cost. Most people listen to friends as referrals, do their own research comparison, but what sold us ultimately was Mike Davis, our sales consultant, at the Capital Spa dealer. No high pressure car salesman, he was very patient, and knowledgable on all the brands. It's too bad we have to wait 3-6 weeks but we're sure it will be worth it!!!

After selling our old spa with our old house, we were without a spa for the first time in about 17 years. We spent 6 months in an apartment and then found our next house.
After 6 months, we knew we had to get another spa, and it would be another Grandee (room for grandkids you know!).
The new Grandee is amazing! Better control over better jets, wider variety of jets, and we love the three fountains!

After my old Landmark needed replaced, I made the unfortunate choice to try a "value" spa, not even 6 months of owning it, I came to my senses and went to my local Montana HotSpring Dealer and found everything I had been missing. What can I say about my Grandee NXT, Salt Water ACE, Integrated Stereo, all the bells and whistles and FOUNTAINS I could ever need. Our spa isn't just a piece of equipment we keep, its a coming together point for our whole family. The level of service provided by Scott and his team at Montana HotSprings is second to none- keep up the amazing work and THANK YOU HOTSRPING- Truly, "Every day made better"

Buying our spa was the best decision we have ever made for our health, both mental and physical. We step into the spa every morning before work and can't wait to get back in when we get home from work! It energizes us in the morning and relaxes us at night. Just a perfect solution to ease my back and joint pains, and to massage my feet after a day in high heels. We often sit there, relaxing, having a glass of wine in the evening or sipping on our morning coffee, and think we are just so lucky!

Had my last Grandee for 18 years before selling it to get the new 2017 Grandee NXT. By far the best craftsmanship on the market. Looked at ever brand available in Western NY before buying my 2nd Grandee. Would recommend Hot Springs to everyone in the market for a tub!

I have the salt water system couldn't be happier, works perfectly. The hot tub is stylish and functionally simple to operate. Nothing beats unwinding after work in the tub. The lights are absolutely beautiful and add to the feel of luxury. Wouldn't have any other tub but a Hot Springs!!!

The Best Spa.....Hands Down!

What can I say, we owned a 1994 Sundance Royale for 22 years and thought there is no other that can compete. It was time to replace it and we looked at the new 2016 Sundance comparable to ours. Well all I can say is nothing changed in 22 years. That is disparaging. My wife and I said why buy another Spa for all that money and their is no new technology. I started my new spa search and analysis. It took 6 months and a lot of research and discussions with multiple brands of Spas to determine Hot Spring Spa was it. What sold us on Hot Spring? First the technology, from the wireless remote, LED lights, blue tooth capability, and of the course the application (Connextion) on your mobile device to monitor and control your spa remotely. Second, the placement of jets and controls to allow you to relax, massage and rejuvenate your body. Its not about the number of jets and how many pumps you have. It's about therapy and does the spa provide that. Third, the design, its like no other spa in the industry. It's forward thinking from looks and design on the outside to the construction on the inside. No wood and no heat loss due to the insulation, it's amazing. Fourth, but should be first is the chemicals and maintenance. We have the Ace Sysysm due to my daigjter havimg eczema (dry slin). The Salt generator is amazing and the chemicals we use are next to nothing compared to other spas. Our skin is so soft after sitting in the spa and there is no chemical smell like our other spas after you get out. Fifth would have to be our dealer, and that should be ranked higher. Lou at Prisco Spas and Pools was fantastic to work with. His knowledge of Hot Spring is incredible. We spent a few hours talking about the Spa. We were sold.on the GRANDEE NXT. We have owned it for one year and my wife and kids say to me every time we are in it, I am so happy we didn't buy another Sundance.
