I have the salt water system couldn't be happier, works perfectly. The hot tub is stylish and functionally simple to operate. Nothing beats unwinding after work in the tub. The lights are absolutely beautiful and add to the feel of luxury. Wouldn't have any other tub but a Hot Springs!!!

The Best Spa.....Hands Down!

What can I say, we owned a 1994 Sundance Royale for 22 years and thought there is no other that can compete. It was time to replace it and we looked at the new 2016 Sundance comparable to ours. Well all I can say is nothing changed in 22 years. That is disparaging. My wife and I said why buy another Spa for all that money and their is no new technology. I started my new spa search and analysis. It took 6 months and a lot of research and discussions with multiple brands of Spas to determine Hot Spring Spa was it. What sold us on Hot Spring? First the technology, from the wireless remote, LED lights, blue tooth capability, and of the course the application (Connextion) on your mobile device to monitor and control your spa remotely. Second, the placement of jets and controls to allow you to relax, massage and rejuvenate your body. Its not about the number of jets and how many pumps you have. It's about therapy and does the spa provide that. Third, the design, its like no other spa in the industry. It's forward thinking from looks and design on the outside to the construction on the inside. No wood and no heat loss due to the insulation, it's amazing. Fourth, but should be first is the chemicals and maintenance. We have the Ace Sysysm due to my daigjter havimg eczema (dry slin). The Salt generator is amazing and the chemicals we use are next to nothing compared to other spas. Our skin is so soft after sitting in the spa and there is no chemical smell like our other spas after you get out. Fifth would have to be our dealer, and that should be ranked higher. Lou at Prisco Spas and Pools was fantastic to work with. His knowledge of Hot Spring is incredible. We spent a few hours talking about the Spa. We were sold.on the GRANDEE NXT. We have owned it for one year and my wife and kids say to me every time we are in it, I am so happy we didn't buy another Sundance.

Great Easy to own hottub

We were looking for a hot tub for our family, first we looked at Jacuzzi and I wanted to get one more option . We went in to the showroom and our salesperson Danielle was very helpful and answered all our questions. I liked the salt water system and ease of use/ownership which is ultimately what was the deciding factor for us. So far the unit is great and required very little upkeep.

A very high quality hot tub that will last for years. The moto master jets are amazing and the filtration is the best I've seen - 5 filter with 100% no bypass! It's extremely energy efficient. If you're looking for a long-term hot tub, this is it. If you're only looking for a couple years use, you won't get your return on investment. Only drawback was no calf massage - would nice to have you legs massaged in some of the seats without having to select a lounge model.

The moto massage jets are amazing. They move up and down your back providing a relaxing experience. We manufacture many different models some with calf jets. Wet testing is a great way to try out a spa before you decide on the best spa for you. All of our spas are energy efficient, you can't go wrong.

At first we we a little hesitant with spending this much on our first tub but we did our homework and after 3 months of use we couldn't be happier! The Ace saltwater system conditions the water very well and leaves your skin feeling so much better than traditional tubs. It's definitely not maintenance free and still requires adding chemicals to keep up with bacteria etc but it sure does help and feels amazing! On a side note the customer service was and has been exceptional. Bernard out of Fargo has worked with us from the beginning and continues to help us and teach us as owners as we go. We went with the connectx as well and those features do come in handy. It's nice to be able to check on it at anytime from your phone and make sure all is well. It also will text you if it's having issues that arise from dirty filters. To me that's pretty slick. Thank you Hot Springs for an awesome product and thank you Bernard for working with us so much while we made our decision.

We are on our second HotSpring hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub and absolutely love our Grandee NXT. The quality, design and functionality is top-notch and the service from Olympic is first-class. The new design features of the NXT are wonderful and build upon everything we had come to love about our first Grandee. As a family of five with three kids it is a great respite for relaxation and connection.

I love my hot tub and it gets used a lot by my family. It does take some time to understand the chemical adjustments. I would get frustrated with it but along the way the service dept really was available to talk me through it and give advice. I had a service visit eventually and Brian Jozos came out to look at the tub. He took the time to diagnose the problem and was so helpful. Hopefully, the maintenance will become routine for me.

Just upgraded to Hotspring Grandee NXT from Dimension One chairman. We have had the new spa for two weeks and have used it everyday since the install. So far this spa is living up to it's billing. It truly is a Grandee unit. We just missed out on the salt water system deal.

The therapeutic results of this spa save me time and money having to go see chiropractors and massage therapists. Working in a high risk, high stress job, this spa allows me to relax and soak away any stress and tension I have that develops from my career and what ever life throws at you. I change seats in the spa regularly to take advantage of all of the massaging water jet options. I especially enjoy the moto massager seats. Hot Spring has an excellent product. This is my second Grandee spa from Hot Spring and I would recommend it to anyone. I unfortunately had to leave a spa at my last home as part of the sale agreement. Had to get one for my new home after moving. It is worth every penny!
