We had a slight issue with our spa and I have to say that is when the true value of our purchase became apparent. Probably the best customer care we have received bar none. Hotspring went above and beyond to assure our satisfaction at the store level (Moreno Valley) as well as at the manufacture level.

I wanted to take a moment and write a review of my hot tub purchase and the service I received from the staff at Snake River Pool and Spa. We have owned two other hot tubs in the past (Other brands) and were less than impressed with their performance. We had to clean the tubs often and the smell of the water was terrible. So when we went looking for another hot tub I was skeptical. Convinced that it would be more of the same. My wife and I went to Snake River Pool and Spa to look at their hot tubs and see if there were any that would be less maintenance. We were shown the The Hot Spring Grandee NXT with the ACE saltwater system. After reading some reviews and internet research we decided to buy. After about six months of use this is what I have found: 1. There is little to no smell of the water. 2. The water is always clean and fresh looking. 3. The upkeep of the spa is minimal and easy. (Virtually problem free). 4. The two lounge chair jets are absolutely amazing. (Second to none). 5. The ACE saltwater system is a must. This is by far the best hot tub we have owned and would highly recommend this spa to anyone. Furthermore, and probably more important is the Hot Spring Company. I have had some correspondence with the staff and can say without a doubt, this company takes care of it customers 100% with absolutely no hassle. You always expect some level of service from a manufacturer when you make a purchase, but these guys go above and beyond. And finally the Snake River Pool and Spa staff. My wife and I have never had as good of service as we had with the team at Snake River Pool and Spa. The staff was helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions. Additionally after the purchase they contacted us to make sure everything was up and running and that we were satisfied with the hot tub. This level of service was also a determining factor in my wife and I's choice to buy the hot tub. I am absolutely confident that you will not find any better service anywhere else you shop. In conclusion, for any other hot tub purchases or supply needs my wife and I will only shop at Snake River Pool and Spa.

Purchased a brand new 9/2015 SPA and first time to tun on the SPA the pumps would not come on. (The Pump has been replaced) Right Side panel bowed out. The solution from HotSprings remove some of the foam ( it did not work) Then was told they might have put the wrong years panels not the SPA. (On Going issue not fixed yet) The SPA is different heights on every side 3/4 inch (Was told not a problem every tub has some discrepancy not to worry). Bottom line I could not recommend buying this SPA !!

This salt water hot tub is much easier to maintain than my previous hot tub, which was not a salt water tub. Quality of the hot tub is excellent however the hot tub cover could be better built with more insulation and slightly more robust. That is why I did not rate the quality as excellent. Overall this is an excellent hot tub..

Take this with a grain of salt as I am not a spa master, but I had previously owned a Landmark, so I have a bit of knowledge. I did not choose the Grandee back then as I thought I wouldn't want to sit upright and would like the captain chairs and lounger. Fast forward to now, I decided against the lounger and captain chair because of the girls I live with, I figured they would feel like they are drowning, but I needed the space of the larger tubs, so the Grandee was the choice, really the only choice. I was wrong about the Grandee so many years ago, you do not sit upright, many of the seats are like captains chairs and I get the size of it.
The quality is top notch, even more than my old Landmark. Many of my complaints with the old one have been addressed here. The plastic bottom is a huge plus for me, the exterior is simply more pleasing to look at, the pillows have been redesigned thankfully, the added bling of the lighting of course all add into the feeling you purchased a quality piece. Multiple drains and multiple entry points for the electrical connections is a plus also.
I gave it a less than excellent rating on water care just because I live with 4 girls so with bathing suits, lotions, soaps, etc, the water is a bit more complicated to keep from foaming. This is not Hot Springs fault, any would do this. I gave the rating on energy efficiency as I have not had it more than a month yet and it's the summer, so costs have not shown up yet. Value I rated less than perfect simply because it's expensive. No way around it, yes you get high quality and I didn't mind spending the money for it, but that doesn't dismiss that it is expensive and it is a luxury item.
All in all I'm very pleased with this purchase. The only thing that would have been nice, but impossible to integrate in this interior design is jets for calves, but that would need to come with a lounger, so all in all I have no real complaints.
