Best Investment We Ever Made

My husband and I are seniors, and we really enjoy our new spa. It's very therapeutic. Both of us have arthritis and our joints are stiff but after using the spa our joints are much more flexible and our joint issues feel so much better, and we sleep pain free. Also, the staff where we purchased are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful with set-up and maintenance.

Hello,
I have waited to do this in hopes I will not change my mind. Anyway, here it goes, we had our hot tub placed hooked up etc all by dealership here in east texas Tyler's Dealer and First thing that happened is panels to hot tub made out of composite now ours WARPED all sides. They still have not fixed one panel with the insignia that they cracked working on it. Anyway its 2024 and the hot tub is a 2022 model still having issues with replacement parts? You decide because I fell on Deaf Ears when talking with dealership. I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER! Not the Company they used to be!!!! Buyer Beware......

Always broken, won’t honor warranty

Most expensive grandee tub, leaks, moto massage broken plus 10 other problems. They will not honor warranty because I moved out of state. No local dealer will work on it unless I pay full price plus $150 trip charge plus $175 inspection. Wish I could get my $16k back. Big mistake.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you've been facing with your spa, and how frustrating it must be for you. It's really appreciated that you've shared your concerns about the warranty, as I understand this can be confusing for many hot tub users.
Just to clarify, spa warranties are supported by the manufacturer and the selling dealer. If you ever move your spa, the local dealer can provide warranty service. It's important to note that warranty coverage includes labor and parts, but unfortunately, the trip charge and other dealer fees are not covered and are the responsibility of the spa owner.
This information is detailed in the warranty terms and should be discussed with the dealer. I truly want to make sure you receive the coverage you are entitled to and, of course, that you can enjoy a relaxing and fully functional spa.

Faulty sound system

We've had the spa two years and have had to replace the speakers twice. They simply stop working. Not working again. We have not mistreated them and use them sparingly. It's sad to pay for an upgrade to our spa that we can't enjoy.

Customer service has gone “radio silent”

Hi Vanessa, Thanks for sending me the email requesting details about the failed sound system. I responded but haven’t received further follow up. Is there a remedy for my situation besides buying waterproof Bluetooth speakers at BestBuy? I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND prospective customers spend extra for an upgraded sound system.

Relaxing after long hard day

The Highlife Grandee is a sight for sore eyes after a long hard day of work or fun with minimal maintenance requirements. The salt system is great for the skin, less chlorine smell and easier to maintain than a chlorine system.

Life changing, amazing Hot Tub!

We recently purchase the Grandee from our local Tampa Bay dealer and I can truly say its been life changing! My husband was in a car accident years ago and he also works on his feet a lot, cuasing lots of back pain. He uses our Hot Springs Spa daily and sometimes even twice a day before he goes to work. The jets are very theraputic for him and have given him relief. We've also had friends come over to use it who are blown away by it and all exclaim how this hot tub is like nothing they've ever experienced. I rest easier knowing we are using a salt sytem that is much better for us than the traditional chlorine options. We couldn't be happier that we choose Hot Springs for our spa and their customer service is amazing too!

Great Tub for soaking and back massage

We just got the 2023 model delivered pros. It’s a great looking tub clean details or lines with less valves than the 2021 model.
The Cons are the 2020 model. You could turn on pump number one and get a foot massage jet and turn on the second pump and get both foot mass jets the new tub for 2023. You have to turn on pump number two to get any foot massage jets. (bad change to the new model ! )
The other Con is the same as the 2021 model the green and or blue status light on the front of the tub is way too bright and no way to dim it or shut it off at night. we have to cover it with a rug or take the front pan off and unplug it, which really sucks for such an expensive tub!
The other Cohen is the same as the 2021 model. His own system is not Wi-Fi is Bluetooth only! You cannot be hooked up to your Google or Alexa! You have to have an old cell phone or someway to Bluetooth music to it, as in Pandora or Apple Music, etc.

We are new to owning a hot tub. Our experience with Hot Tubs by HotSprings in Eatontown NJ was excellent. They took time to show us all the models available without any pressure to buy. In the end we went with a Grandee. They set up our tub and took time so show us all of its features. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Great Hot Tub

We love this hot tub. We only have one recommendation that you should be able to have a separate charging base for the controller. We do not like getting in and stepping over it same with getting out. If it was off to the side it may be a little better. But if I could keep it in the house charged to turn it on clean cycle it would be great. The water is simple to take care of.
