I absolutely love just how easy it is to maintain this hot tub I thought I was going to spend a lot more time cleaning this tub but I was wrong. The pH and chorine have been spot on it's so easy.

My wife and I both are very active. It's great to soak in the tub after a long workout. I regret not getting this sooner.

We were a little skeptical about purchasing a salt water hot tub cause first, never knew they existed, and second every hot tub place we went to said, oh don't buy a salt water unit no one makes them, for good reason we were inform that they can't cause hot springs had the patent on making the salt water unit easier to maintain! awesome tub with moving jets for a massage instead of just sitting in bubbles. Highly recommend

Our Spa is incredible and we love it! The back massager Jets are amazing, especially if you have lower back pain or frequently get back tension. The salt water treatment system is a nice plus and being able to have our whole family in without being crowded is great!

Purchased our Hot Springs spa about 6 months ago. It replaced another brand. This spa is truly remarkable. We have spent many hours in it since it was installed. Maintenance is a breeze.
Our adult children and grandchildren can’t wait to come to our house and get into the water.
Would highly recommend Hot Springs spas to anyone considering adding a spa to their home.

My Sixth and Best Hot Springs Spa

Purchased a new Grandee in December. This is my second Grandee and my sixth Hot Springs Spa. This is my first saltwater spa, so I’m still dialing-in the chemistry, but so far so great!

Hot Springs Spas are simply the best quality and function for the $. Hands down. I had the pleasure of being able to tour the factory in Vista about 20 years ago (I’m a San Diego Native, now in Texas!), and, as a Toyota trained Lean practitioner, I can tell you they know quality!

STAY AWAY!!! Do not buy!

Purchased Grande in 2018. In 5 years of owning:
1) Had to replace Moto Massages twice!! ($800 x 2)
2) Salt Water system failed a few weeks after warranty ($1200)
3) Currently I have 4 leaks in the tub. The service tech said I would need to service calls to replace the leaks and drain, and 4 hours of labor.. That is going to be another 1500 of parts and labor. I am in Michigan and can't get the repairs fixed until the temp LOWs are 55 degrees. Well, that won't be until May. Then the service tech said, "Well, we have about 100 customers with similar repairs ahead of you".

I tried working with the distributor on a discount exchange.. They have not been responsive or shown they valued me as a customer.

So, I spent 20k + on a brand new Grande.. and have spent $5000+ in repairs. How fun is that? Stay away!!

Worst Company and Product

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. DO NOT PURCHASE a hot tub from them! You will receive zero support and will continue to hear " My service manager will get back to you, and never does". This $20,000 tub we purchased is low quality and has created nothing but issues since brought home.

Best time is with fresh squeezed orange juice and a cup of hot JOE while listening to SIRIUS satellite radio at 3:30AM in the morning under the stars and redwoods!:)

Super Happy --- Super Relaxed

So for a variety of reasons, I'm very happy with the Grandee. The service we got and are getting from SML, specifically Sean Wilson and his delivery people, have been fantastic. I got the Salt water version for this hot tub, and the smell (lack of) & feel of the water have just made dipping a relaxing and soothing experience, for myself and my guests. I've had it for 3 months, and everything is going swimmingly!

My family and I have really enjoyed our new spa. The salt water system makes taking care of the hit tub a breeze. I enjoy the remote monitoring capabilitiy which allows me to keep an eye on the tub while I am away. The tub is a great place to socialize!

We had a Pulse for sometime, but it was time to move up to a larger spa with the Moto Massage. Love the improvements with the Salt Water system, and the Moto Massage is worth the upgrade. JJ at Snake River of course did a GREAT job in getting us a great deal, and the staff at Snake River was awesome in getting our old spa out and our new one in!!

Over the 19 years, the tub developed leaks around the air inlets at five years causing the tub to drain half way and the tub was worked on under warrantee. At ten years, we had it taken to a shop to fix the leaks at a cost over over a $1000.00. They said that that model year, the joint compound they used for the piping was breaking down and they replaced some of the unions. After that fix, it started leaking in other areas and has leaked every since. I have been using stop leak to slow the leaks. I had to cut off a couple of the jets and plug the line because on manifold cracked. Electrically, I had to replace the relay panel twice and the heater once. The plastics on the control box is crumbling. I had to replace the caps that hold the filter in place because the started to disintegrate. Other than that, it has been a good tub...

Our 3rd Hot Spring Hot tub

Just a wonderful addition to our home. This is our 3rd tub by Hot Spring and we can't tell you how much of a value this adds to our world. We looked strongly at a variety of brands for this last purchase just to see what the competition was and there was no comparison in quality or offerings when it came to our decision. We went with salt water to match our in ground pool and Hot Spring is on top with the technology and offerings. No need to look elsewhere when shopping for a tub. Hot Spring is the only brand to buy.
