Hot tub rendered useless due to Freshwater system. Replacement cartridges almost impossible to find unless willing to spend aa absolutely REDICULOUS amount for them. Will NEVER buy another Hotsprings spa if this issue isn't resolved soon.

We love our HotSprings GRANDEE! Unfortunately we had to wait almost a year to get it due to C-19. Once we did though it has added so much to our backyard. We had a GRANDEE years ago and sold it after having to move. We regret that and so we had to get another one because we loved our old one so much. We believe the GRANDEE is the best and are very happy with it!

We love our Grandee, use it multiple times a day. The only challenge we consistently have is with the Freshwater Saltwater system, independent of whatever we do we get the High Level warnings. We've refilled and restarted it up, using the recommended salt and a new cartridge, still have the issue. Unsure how to address. But it works amazingly well and it's beyond what we could have expected.

Colton at Agri-bolt in carroll is, hands down, the best at customer service. He has helped me a couple times over the telephone to get my grandee spa running just right. I could not be more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Red McIntyre has been the most wonderful & professional Wellness Advocate! She has so much patience - from the very first meeting she answered the million + questions we had. From our first meeting gathering information, then scheduling our private soak experience and finally to ordering our dream hot tub she was the absolute best !! Red was excellent at communicating with us during the process of getting the hot tub wired by a licensed electrician. Touching base with us each step to making sure the electrical work was completed so she could schedule our delivery - she wanted us at the top of the delivery list as soon as the hot tub was received. The delivery team, Jake, Nate & Tom were very courteous & professional. Great at training & super helpful during set up to give us the 5 star spa experience! No detail was left out, everything promised was delivered! Red & Team did NOT disappoint. Highly recommend them for your Hot Tub purchase

Looks great but missing key features and functionality

Looks, style, colors are exceptional but missing some features you would expect given the high-end price.
So what’s missing? Cup holders, use timer, easier access getting in and out of the tub with slip resistant steps, more colors & lighting controls and WiFi connectivity.
From a therapeutic point of view, it’s excellent! However, the controls knobs to regulate pressure is ridiculous. No rhyme or reason of what knob does what and on/off is backwards from a logical aspect. The control knobs are hard to turn on and off especially with wet hands.
The portable LED controller is nice but lacks functionality and sometimes unresponsive. The charging cradle is directly in the way of getting in and out of the tub. It has 4 short studs to align and hold the controller in place while charging and very uncomfortable if you need to sit on the ledge to get in or out. There are 2 other places it could have been placed and if it was WiFi compatible you might not need a controller at all. We started out with the salt system which was impossible to maintain and keep the water clear. The salt generator cartridge stop working after 6 weeks of use. Was told they would last 4-6 months before replacement was needed. The dealership did convert the hot tub to ozone for us at no additional charge.
Overall, I would not buy this hot tube again with this many common sense shortcomings. I hope the time and effort to write this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

We purchased our HotSpring Hottub from Spa Ect. in Daytona Beach Florida. In Sales was Bonnie who was easy to get along with and Kevin who delivered the hot tub was very knowledgeable. We had a minor issue with the hookup and another Kevin stopped over on a Saturday to make the necessary update...Everything is working great and recommend anyone to purchase a HotSpring HotTub from Spa Ect.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXCESSIVE TIME NEEDED FOR MAINTENANCE,. WATER QUALITY MUST HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT, BUT WE ARE WORKING CONSISTENTLY TO KEEP CHEMICALS BALANCED. WE EXPECTED A BETTER OWNER'S MANUAL. IT IS POORLY WRITTEN WITH WAY TOO MANY CROSS REFERENCES TO THE SALT WATER SYSTEM MANUAL. FOR EXAMPLE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO WHEN LEAVING TOWN FOR 5 DAYS OR WHEN LEAVING TOWN FOR A MOTNH. THIS PART STILL HAS US CONFUSED. A GLOSSARY OF TERMS WOULD HAVE BEEN A BIG HELP. MOST OF ALL, FOR WHAT WE PAID FOR THIS TUB I EXPECTED A MANUAL TO COVER THE GRNADEE AND NOT ALL THE OTHER TUBS. CHEAPLY DOWE. DOES NOT LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS.

Build and quality as expected (except the filter intake ALWAYS) getting stuck. The fresh water cell system appears to be worthless. I have had to shock our hot tub almost every time we get in after cycling the cell system and running it at a variety of levels trying to get the reaction to take. This has been extremely frustrating as I hate smell and feel of chlorine. Was the one reason we we went with hot springs over Jacuzzi. Buyer’s remorse I guess.

Nice tub - water maintenance challenges

Salt water system having trouble after 2mo. Already had to replace titanium cartridge, salt system continuously shows low performance. Wireless battery doesn’t hold a charge for more than a couple mins. Again all within a couple months of new tub. Had to find another local service provider.

We wanted one for the longest time. When we got to NC we decided it’s time. Absolutely no regrets some of the most relaxing times so far that we ever spent in our backyard. The spa is beautiful at night with the lights and we can relax and stargaze.

Using it almost every day and it’s the most relaxing and rejuvenating feeling.

Great spa but initial quality issues

This is my 2nd grandee and love the new design changes. However upon filling the tub there was a leak out of a designed drain tube which connects to the salt water cartridge (I do not have the salt water system but a dummy cartridge's is there for non salt water system). This was a constant slow drip until a service could be done. The service personnel wrapped the "o" ring seal on the bottom of the dummy cartridge with teflon tape which did solve the leak. Hopefully they will return with a new seal which would be a proper fix.

After years of thinking about a tub I pulled the trigger and finally purchased. In looking at many models and brands, hot spring was at the top of my list. I was really excited about the salt system until reviews and posts on the topic made me believe that it was not quite ready for total trouble free usage. I opted for ozone. Water balancing took me about 3 days to get right and it has been easy since. The tub got up to temperature in about 12 hours and has had no issues since. I enjoy the tub and have No regrets however I do wish I felt it had a better value feel. My energy bill went up around 50 a month and it was around what I was anticipating. I would recommend this tub. I am glad I went with a bigger tub as the grandee is spacious. The jets are powerful and each seat is unique. I do wish that there were at least two more foot jets.

Dont buy for the salt system, doesn't work

Salt system cartridge only lasted 1 1/2 months after purchase. Water is fine but failed earlier than advertised. Dealer won't help. The salt cartridges are very expensive and produce very little chlorine. I am having to supplement chlorine after every use and still gets cloudy occasionally. I am cleaning filters etc. Test strips say chlorine is low but everything else ok. I might just switch to bromine and forget the salt. Buy a different brand that doesn't offer the salt system as Hot Springs brags about and sells at a premium.
