We wanted one for the longest time. When we got to NC we decided it’s time. Absolutely no regrets some of the most relaxing times so far that we ever spent in our backyard. The spa is beautiful at night with the lights and we can relax and stargaze.

Using it almost every day and it’s the most relaxing and rejuvenating feeling.
I’m over 6 feet toll and my wife is 5 foot 3 and we decided for the Grandee and it was the best decision.

Great spa but initial quality issues

This is my 2nd grandee and love the new design changes. However upon filling the tub there was a leak out of a designed drain tube which connects to the salt water cartridge (I do not have the salt water system but a dummy cartridge's is there for non salt water system). This was a constant slow drip until a service could be done. The service personnel wrapped the "o" ring seal on the bottom of the dummy cartridge with teflon tape which did solve the leak. Hopefully they will return with a new seal which would be a proper fix.

After years of thinking about a tub I pulled the trigger and finally purchased. In looking at many models and brands, hot spring was at the top of my list. I was really excited about the salt system until reviews and posts on the topic made me believe that it was not quite ready for total trouble free usage. I opted for ozone. Water balancing took me about 3 days to get right and it has been easy since. The tub got up to temperature in about 12 hours and has had no issues since. I enjoy the tub and have No regrets however I do wish I felt it had a better value feel. My energy bill went up around 50 a month and it was around what I was anticipating. I would recommend this tub. I am glad I went with a bigger tub as the grandee is spacious. The jets are powerful and each seat is unique. I do wish that there were at least two more foot jets.

Dont buy for the salt system, doesn't work

Salt system cartridge only lasted 1 1/2 months after purchase. Water is fine but failed earlier than advertised. Dealer won't help. The salt cartridges are very expensive and produce very little chlorine. I am having to supplement chlorine after every use and still gets cloudy occasionally. I am cleaning filters etc. Test strips say chlorine is low but everything else ok. I might just switch to bromine and forget the salt. Buy a different brand that doesn't offer the salt system as Hot Springs brags about and sells at a premium.

Just bought a new Grandee hot tub. Have owned 4 tubs over the past 35 years. Won’t live with out one. Saltwater this time and excellent results. Delivery was right on time, efficient work, and overall good experience. Best tub yet

Amazing spa but make manual specific to freshwater salt system

This is a beautiful spa. The jets are amazing and we really like that there are 5 filters to keep this spa extra clean. We also like the lights and they look pretty cool at night. We pretty much love everything about this spa so far! Our only issue is that they need to have one manual which would include all the information about the spa plus the salt system start up. It’s too much extra information that a consumer doesn’t need and quite frankly shouldn’t have to try to piece together when you’ve spent this much money on a spa. Other than that, it’s GREAT!

Best Hot Tub Ever!

We looked for a while before buying a hot tub. We knew we wanted high quality and low maintenance. That's exactly what we got with the Grandee. It's been a little challenging trying to get the salt water and phosphates to balance correctly, but we are hopeful that over time that will not be a problem. It's been very comfortable, great quality, and Hot Springs was great to work with. All our guests we have had over have said it's the best hot tub they've ever used! We are really happy with our choice and have no regrets we went with the Grandee!

This is hands down the best hot tub we have ever been in. So glad we chose the Grandee. Great features, great quality, great service. There is nothing else out there like the moto massage, and the well thought, therapeutic design of the jets means there's something for everyone. Time will tell whether it holds up, but so far we are thrilled.

Absolutely best purchase we’ve made! My wife and I both suffer from back/neck issues as well as normal aches and pains. 15-20 minutes a day in the spa relieves so much of the pain and stiffness. It also relaxes you and melts away the stress of daily life. We normally get in before bed, and sleep much better after. Would definitely recommend!!

Love our Grandee!

We've owned our Grandee for about 9 months and love it! With 2 boys of our own and family nearby, we wanted to be sure we had a lot of room. The Grandee is spacious and has the right amount of jets. In the evenings it's a great way to relax and unwind. Also, I love that it can be used year round whereas a pool is seasonal. The maintenance has been simple so far. I highly recommend!
