Love it. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. The health benefits alone or well worth it. I would not hesitate to buy again in the Hot Springs tub is absolutely phenomenal. We got the salt version but usually just use the chlorine model now. I would recommend this to anybody looking to relax and get more out of life.

Bought a Grandee and was an excellent experience with local dealer. I was concerned about the price due to cheaper options but I definitely made the right decision. This thing is absolutely phenomenal and is a beast. Well worth every dime and it is a game changer. I have used the customer support line for a question cause my dealer was closed, actually had a real person on the line and was super helpful... Reputation on these tubs is confirmed and service is excellent.. Recommend to anyone looking for a tub, no regrets.

I have the Grandee and absolutely love it. Water care is easy and technology is simple yet effective. My family of four with two young children (7 and 5) are loving it. We have had it for a year now and going in for a soak is like the first time every time.

Salt water spa. Amazing difference

I've owned 2 Hot Springs Grandee hot tubs prior to this one. This is my first salt water system. The difference is amazing. The water stays in balance much better with the salt system and it always has a fresh smell as opposed to always having a chemical smell in the older models. Love it. The Led lighting is also a big upgrade with all of the combinations available. Also new to this is a low speed setting on one of the jet pumps which is nice for water movement when you don't want the jets blasting. All in all I'm very happy with the new tub.

We are so happy with our Geandee Hot Springs Spa it just ticked off all the boxes for us , it’s very comfortable and easy to maintain my favorite thing to do is sit in my spa and watch the stars on a beautiful Florida evening. Just amazing and relaxing.

Only problem has been ease in water care. Bought with salt system and have not been able to get it to work. Have had to add chlorine each week. This has worked and I have enjoyed the hot tub.

We were lucky enough during the pandemic to order our tub and be on the front end of receiving it...as many people turned to “higher end” items to get through isolation. My wife LOVES her tub - she has occasional back problems, which are soothed by our Grandee. She also likes doing a “water aerobics” fitness routine in it, as it is huge! Would overall recommend to anyone who loves the finer things in life!

We love the quality and comfort of our new grandee spa with salt system. Moto massage jets are great and feel like real massage up and down your back . Tub has plenty of room and lighting is perfect and having wireless remote a big bonus !

We received our hot tub mid pandemic and couldn’t be happier! Once we filled it and got the chemicals balanced we used it everyday. I love how each seat has different types of massages that can target the part of my back that hurts. I would recommend this hot tub to anyone and everyone! I promise you won’t be disappointed

Our best spa ever

We've moved around a lot, so we've had a lot of different spas and this is by far our favorite. The quality is excellent. The speaker system is awesome and impresses all our friends. We don't have the salt system, so we struggle to keep the proper chlorine level, but that is a challenge for any Spa.
We did have a problem with a bad breaker the first week, but the dealer came out and replaced it quickly at no cost to us.

We are in the hot tub every day...only miss when we are out of town. We retired 13 years ago and many a day after working on our newly built custom home and putting in a yard, I would say, "Wouldn't a hot tub be nice?" Finally after those 13 years of saying that, we took the plunge. We do not regret it at all...money well spent. We love it!

We decided to splurge on a HotSpring Grandee in January of 2020 - which turned out to be a fantastic pre-Pandemic purchase. Relaxing at home after a long bike ride, or crossfit workout, or having a beverage in the snow has really been a game changer. The FreshWater salt system does take some frequent but brief attention to keep the system running. We have been absolutely thrilled with our purchase and would recommend to anyone/everyone.

Being over 6'3" I fit in this spa well and we have plenty of room for 3 of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The salt water system has taken a little time to get used to but with the help of the dealer I bought it from I have the process down in 3 months and it is now very easy to mange. The warranty is the best in the business and the dealer support is outstanding (Healhmate Hot tubs in Greenbrook NJ).I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment! My only regret is not getting the built in stereo speakers!

The led lighting housing breaks. Took them over 3 months to fix. Once I got it back they started breaking again. Very frustrated that this is happening on what was sold to me as a top of the line spa.

Difficult to maintain

First, we love the hot tub. It is beautiful and such a joy after a long day at work. That said, when we bought our Grandee salt water tub, we were told that it would be virtually maintenance free. This could not be farther from the truth. We have had it for 3 total months and it has never made chlorine. We have had to drain it and refill it, we’ve had techs out twice and our less than 4 month old tub refuses to function as advertised. I’m starting to believe that the whole fresh water salt system is a sham. I have to add chlorine to the tub every time we use it. It simply does not work. I don’t regret our purchase (yet) but I am sick of fighting with this thing. If you do buy one, don’t buy it for the salt water system. Get the ozonator or whatever it’s called and plan to add chlorine...

I feel your frustration...

We had the same issue for over a year!! We went all the way to the top with Hot Springs with no resolution... VERY FRUSTRATING!! My husband finally found a person in the same situation ....it was a product the dealer sold us to use that had phosphates in it.... that was the culprit! We had our hose water tested...no phosphates, yet the spa was showing very high levels.... check your products and get rid of the phosphates.... once we did we have kept the levels excellent with ease.... read the labels.... you will love the salt system once this issue gets worked out. Good luck!

The Grandee is well made, high quality and comfortable. Our only issue is that it has been 6 weeks and we still can't get the water balanced. The techs are coming out later this week to figure it out. I will update after their visit.

I purchased this spa a few months ago, the initial quality of the spa is good but don't buy this spa for the salt system like I did. The salt cell only lasted 1.5 months and the cost to replace is about $75 to $100 each. That's $600 per year on the low end. In addition, every time you fill the spa you will have to make sure the water is softened and add new salt, both of which adds additional cost (if you are a heavy user of the spa you will likely replace the water every 2-4 months). You will also likely have to add additional chlorine periodically as the salt system generates very little chlorine.

We have had our spa since November 2020. The salt
water system is not working correctly! We have had to replace several cartridges, drain the spa, refill, and replace filters. The spa has not produced and natural chlorine, and not doing its job to clean the tub. The touch screen monitor has been replaced has well.
Been dealing with our local dealer since Nov and still no answers.
