Nice spa, lots of work

Pain in keeping levels at a norm, delivery was horrible, they delivered it on a open trailer with out the spa covered or wrapped, drove it down a snowmobile trail because the driving app said so. I could hear it from my house bouncing down this rocky trail, when it arrived we had to spray it out because it was filthy and full of dust. We have had a tech out several times and it's still a chore to keep the chemicals where they should be, I'm sure the computer got the brains beat out of it, I owned a much cheaper one and it was very easy to keep the chemicals balanced. Not a happy customer but it's a spa, they don't take returns. 22k not worth it.

Great Hot Tub Other Than the Freshwater IQ System

The tub itself is great, but the Freahwater IQ system does not function as it should. The chlorine indicates there is no chlorine in the hot tub, but test strips indicate the chlorine is at the right level. I’ve emptied the tub, refilled, and had a technician from the store I purchased the hot tub from come out and get the chemicals balanced. The system was accurate for about two weeks then the system started the inaccurate readings again. I would suggest selecting a tub without the Freshwater IQ system. It does not function correctly and it is not worth the additional cost.

Therapeutic Bliss!

We love our Envoy! We purchased this spa for our arthritis and achy joints! It has superseded our expectations. To be able to use this spa daily in our backyard while watching the stars is bliss. I am so glad we invested in ourselves this year. We love the Bluetooth speakers, lights, and waterfall features too! It is our little oasis underneath the stars!

This is our second Envoy spa. The first one last 20 years without a major failure. We knew that our daily routine would be negatively altered without the enjoyment of a warm spa experience. After a brief internet search, we learned that only one Hot Springs dealer was near our home. We decided to make the long drivel to Houston and from the moment we walked in Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions, we knew that we were in a quality location. Our sales agent, Miranda, was warm and welcoming. She never pushed for a sale and graciously let us look at every item in the store. We arrived around lunchtime and the owner even cooked hamburgers and hotdogs for us. Needless to say, we were impressed and we made our purchase that same day. The installation of the Envoy spa was ahead of schedule and seamless. The crew took the old spa and placed the new one exactly as we wished. Since that time both the store staff and our sales agent, Miranda have reached out to insure our happiness and to gently remind us that they are always here to help. We use the Envoy every day and many times twice a day. It helps with my wife’s hip surgery recovery and provides a means to have low stress water exercise. I enjoy listening to music and watching the outdoor TV as we relax in warm comfort. We are glad that we purchased the exterior handhold pipe. It gives my wife a feeling of security upon entering and exiting. Our old Envoy lasted 20 years and finally ended its life with a leak that was not reachable. If this new Envoy lasts and works as well as it appears, it might even outlast us. We could not be happier with both the brand and the Hot Springs purchase experience. We regularly recommend both the brand and Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions of Houston to our friends and family. Thanks for a great product and consistent quality of service. You are appreciated.

Have had a horrible experiece

I've owned the Envoy for 8 years and have had an absolute terrible experience. We were very excited to buy the hot tub, and spent a significant amount of money because we were told that Hot Springs was the best brand and you "get what you pay for". Well, that couldn't have been further from the case. The tub didn't work almost as much as it did over the years and is completely broken down now. We had to have the panel replaced several times, it has leaked for a long time and the components rusted out while in the water. We had our deck built out to fit the tub, spent a ton of money to have this thing and it's currently sitting there, again, not working correctly. Watching the icicles form underneath it was the final straw.....we drained it and shut it down. We've been told the only way to fix it is to have it craned off our deck, brought into the shop to have the insulation removed to find the leaking point.....and that it's "not worth it at this point". The company that sells and services it has been amazing for years, but they can only do so much. Now we have to pay, again, to have it removed. I'm just horribly disappointed in this product, especially after everything I read about Hot Springs. This tub has been a complete disaster.

Our Envoy was delivered yesterday and set up by the local HotSpring dealer. Today we started the water maintenance and noticed that one of the jet pumps doesn't work. I can't express my disappointment. Having spent as much as we did on this tub I would, rightfully I think, expect it to function perfectly. Hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly.

Very Disappointed So Far

We purchased the Envoy and have had numerous issues with the original set up, the Fresh Water IQ device, and the Bluetooth speaker system. The local dealer has been helpful by sending out a technician, now three separate times, for three separate issues. The last time I was told that the Fresh Water IQ system was not functioning on multiple units in the field and that we would be placed “on a list” when a fix was developed. Completely beside ourselves given that this spa is at our near the top of the line representing an investment of well over $20k. At this point, I wish I could just return it and purchase from another manufacturer.

I can't wait to get home and relax in our spa. It has helped with stress from work and joint pain. We have the cooler system and love being able to relax in the spa for longer periods of time. The jets on the Envoy spa are exceptional. The different types of jets and position are just what we needed.

Cannot fix leak

Tub started leaking at 8 years. Local deal said the cost to fix is more than the cost to buy a new tub. I would not recommend.

Salt System

The salt system is a piece of junk! It does not work. Our dealer has done everything they can to resolve the problem. They have called tech support and nothing has worked. We are now waiting for a new mother board to be shipped and have been waiting for about 3 weeks now! This is going on 4 months!!! The issue is still not resolved. I commend the people we bought it from BUT the Manufacturer is not cooperating This should have been done months ago!

Our Envoy Hot Springs spa has been a family highlight. When the grand kids visit they love playing in the tub and visiting with grandma and papa. Nightly soaks for the spouse and I are very relaxing and provide quality one on one time to visit, wind down and relax for a better nights sleep. We feel like the soft salt system water makes our skin softer, our circulation better and our muscles relax.
We have found the balancing of the Hot Springs spa water to be extremely easy and quite stress free. When we have questions Gregs' crew at Claudsons, our local Hot Springs spa dealer has been quick to respond to our questions and text messages.

We use our spa everyday and could not be more thrilled with our decision to go with a higher end product. The therapy jets are amazing and the spa couldn't be simpler or easier to maintain, even when used frequently.
It's one of those choices in life where you never regret getting something truly nice and exceptional. Highly recommend!

Solid jacuzzi and the massage jets are amazing. The salt water system is not the easiest to navigate if you have hard water. Thankfully the Hot Springs team where I purchased the tub from were A+ on communication and on addressing my issues/concerns calibrating the system.
The tub itself is easy to operate, extremely energy efficient, and I use it almost every day. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

We bought this hot tub for hydro therapy, and it is excellent. The different jets add nice variety to the massage. If you suffer from back pain or arthritis, 20 minutes in the tub will have to feeling great.
