Second hotspring tub

We like our Envoy but we have had our share of issues with the cartage system and water care in general. So far we have nailed it down to a bad set of cartridges and I have gone back to my chemicals I have been using in my last tub and things are very good now. One thing my wife dose not like is its not easy to get in and out of as our Aria was and a bit more slippery. All and all its a very good tub.

Wish I had gotten something cheaper

For the money I am disappointed. too many filters and you have to clean almost monthly, Water is hard to maintain chemically. heater went out and now it is making a noise that sounds like a old man snoring. all in 5 years.

Had a Hot Springs for 15 years with no issues when we lived In New York. Just bought another one here in Tampa. Dave at Tampa Bay Spas is the best. Professional, helpful, honorable etc etc. Wouldn’t buy any other brand.

Our life in the Highlife NXT Envoy

We upgraded our 2004 Vanguard to a new Highlife NXT Envoy in November 2019. Everytime we get into the hot tub (which is daily) we just look at each other and say "we're living the life baby" because it makes us feel like we hit the jackpot! We enjoy our outdoor hot tub all winter long living in northern Illinois. So romantic when the snow is falling on our faces, and it feels so great in the hot summer after working hard outdoors around the farm. We loved our Vanguard and it lasted a very long time, but only upgraded when we stopped into out local dealer to grab chemicals and, well... one thing led to another! Couldn't be happier with the product and service from our dealer!! Wouldn't recommend any spa BUT a Hot Springs!

Remote not working

We just received our hot tub and the remote does not want to start up. My husband removed the screws and took out battery and it restarts but I do not want to keep doing that every time we want to use it. Any suggestions? I love the hot tub and we were so happy with the service we received. Just need the remote to work.

Love the envoy

We really like the envoy spa. Great seating and the captains chair and lounge means the footwell isn't crowded. We like having a true 5 person spa instead of a tight fitting 6 person spa.

We have yet to create good habits about the chemical care. Otherwise, Hot Springs is an excellent spa with a great warrantee. Hot tubs are a big investment, better to get a quality model.

The Hot Springs company in Casselberry, Florida called Spas Etc got 5 star rating for both the unit they sold us and the great office team and the same goes for their install crew.

Our Hot Springs Envoy was the most expensive spa we have ever purchased (out of 4). But it is by far the best. The 5 filters are readily cleaned (I do them once a month). With the powerful ozonator, the water stays bright, fresh and clean. I have only had to adjust the pH 2 times during the last 6 months and add a bit (1-1/2 oz) chlorine sanitizer 1 time per week. My wife and I use our spa 4 nights per week in the wintertime before we go to bed...wonderful as a pre-sleep ritual! We will never own any other spa!

Purchased the Envoy spa as our first ever spa and are loving it so far! Great variety of jets and seating options, with tons of room so you never feel crowded. Added the FreshWater Salt system, which has been so easy to use and it’s great not having the stench of chlorine everywhere.

Exceptional spa!

Our HotSpring Highlife Envoy Spa was installed December 31, 2019. We have throughly enjoyed this spa. No problems at all. I am very happy with how easy this salt system spa is to maintain. It is great to be able to spend time in the spa soothing away the aches and pains. Bottom line, I highly recommend this HighLife Envoy Spa!

We are averaging 5 nights a week in our new Envoy. We love it. We already had a hot tub that is part of our pool but it just wasn’t what we wanted. We were more interested in a therapeutic spa & the Envoy answered our needs perfectly. The jets are fabulous & there are enough options that you can get what you need in any position.
We also underestimated the light features. We have so enjoyed the options & combinations that are so fun to play with.
Additionally, we purchased the sound system & we can’t imagine the spa without it, what a great system, rich & full sound.
Put everything together, the water feature, fabulous seats, incredible lights & music, ease of maintenance, the Envoy has been everything we wanted and more!

A lemon

After having a different make for 16 years with only one major service call ( entirely covered) bought an Envoy. It has major issues averaging once every 5-6 months. Leaks corrosion pumps salt water system all have gone down. Even the cover faded and holds water. I can’t think that all these issues are just chance. If so the company should replace this one and I’d happily write a new review. Otherwise, Stay away.

I have a hot spring spa for the past 20 years. This is my third one and by far the best. They have really fixed and modified small irritates to the point now that the product is about perfect. The new salt water system is awesome.
With all of that said, the spa is WAY overpriced. This seems to be the trend with all spa makers but it’s almost to the point of being so overpriced that’s it’s just not feasible for most people to have.

Outstanding Product

This is my first HotSpring tub which was purchased for my second home in mid 2019. I own an in ground stainless steel hot tub at my primary residence. I have also owned a Snorkel wooden hot tub.

My family and I prefer our HotSpring tub over our in ground stainless ttub (despite that one costing three times as much) due to more jets and more comfortable seating. Very happy with the strength of the jets which makes it great for recovery. Also like the easy to use detachable interface. Interface is somewhat fragile (our first one quickly got broken) so important to instruct people on how to treat it and keep it away from younger kids.

Overall experience to date with HotSpring has been great. Our local dealer is fantastic.

Love the Envoy!

This is our third Hot Springs and second Envoy.
The Envoy provides plenty of sitting options with a variety of Jets and excellent power to all jets! We bought the saltwater cleaning system which is quite expensive and seems to work well in the short time we’ve owned the tub. This is a solid tub.
