We LOVE our spa!!
We bought our home 2 years ago and the previous owner had left their jet setter spa with the house sale. We enjoyed it very nicely but my husband wanted a larger spa so we traded ours in for the Sovereign and loved it even more! Then AGAIN we ended up trading it in so that we could enjoy the salt water... this has been our best spa ever!!
All Hot Springs Spas are wonderful! Our sleep has improved so much!!

My hot tub was delivered in February. It's now April. On average I use it about four days per week. I primarily purchased the hot tub to relax in after a hard day of work and to ease my muscles after workouts. I enjoy snow skiing and running and challenge myself often. I only use the jets to massage my muscles, otherwise I prefer the quiet. Although the tub provides numerous jets for back muscles and feet, it is very limited when it comes to legs. I have not had the tub long, but my electric bill has increased approximately $35 per month. And I should mention my young kiddos and their grandparents absolutely love it.

Hoping it doesn’t become a money pit

-First hot tub leaked in first week, was unusable until a new tub arrived.
-Second tub arrived several weeks later, leaked the same as the first, but also caused damage to our stamped patio because it was leaking in winter and spalled the concrete. Waited on replacement.
-3rd tub arrived weeks later, was wrong model. Waited for replacement.
-4th tub arrived weeks later and appeared to be fine, but 16 months later it throws the breaker in the sub panel. Have a service call, which originally I was going to be charged for, but waved after I explained my long history of problems, turns out the circulation pump burned out. So 4 tubs in a bit over 2 years with the latest already having issues. Fingers crossed this doesn’t turn into a very expensive mistake. When it works, it’s nice.

Wow! I am truly sorry for the less than favorable spa experience. I am glad that you have allowed us to work with you to make this right and that the dealer was able to fix the issue at no charge. This is not characteristics of our hot tubs. I feel confident that this last service will provide you with long lasting hot tubbing. This tub is wonderful! It has jets for carpal tunnel issues as well as jets that roll up and down the length of your back. Best hottub ever!

Overall we love our Envoy NXT. I have noticed that the electric bill increased compared to our first Envoy model. I also wish the spa had built in cup holders, enjoying a glass of wine of even coffee is difficult as no allocated spaces for cups was included.

Love the Lounge and the Captains Chair for directing the jets to just the right spots. I owned a Hotspring Grandee for about 10 years prior to getting this model and the size is perfect and they have made some improvements over the years. The shell itself is better and more ergonomically designed, the exterior casing more good looking and bullet proof. The detachable remote was a snap to figure out and my favorite part is the salt system. Pay the extra for it trust me. It keeps the chemicals at the lowest possible level to provide a sanitary but non-harsh water quality without the usual Spike in Chlorine from the weekend dumping followed by the decline in the chlorine over time. Much cleaner smell and feel of the water on the skin. The energy efficiency is good as well. Mine is positioned on an uncovered back yard deck in CT perfect for enjoying on those cold winter nights!

Great Spa - 2 mo review

I have suffered from lower back pain from nerve issues related to cancer for the last 25 years and this spa really helps. I sleep better and it helps create a wonderful environment for my wife and I to relax together. Maintenance is easy and I was surprised with the low utility cost. Our dealer, Hanson Spas, provides excellent support. Having a dealer willing to spend the time with you after the sale is important for purchases such as this.

Bought 2918 envoy with new freshwater salt system that maybe worked for a week and a half then failed local dealer trying pulling his hair out but this is the first of the product I had a rec wharehouse spa the went for 25 year always wanted a hot springs I would not recommend a hot springs spa on any level no where worth the money

We have been very happy with the purchase of our Hot Springs Envoy NXT. We have had good contact with our dealer and prompt answers. The spa is everything we had hoped for and very comfortable down to the mid teens in winter here in Iowa. Hot Springs is the way to go for a quality Hot tub.

Very comfortable Spa with smooth operating controls,
Beautiful lighting especially when you mix up the colors on different areas of the spa sections. The Moto Massage is wonderful
And the Captain chair is just as good. Beautiful inside & outside
With the floating pedestal look. Very good force from jets too
We also really like the remote control that lets you change functions from anywhere in the spa.

The adult children are upset we did not install the envoy hot tub when they were at home. Easy to get in the habit of upkeep. Very relaxing after a long day of work.

Fantastic customer service from Laura, the instore team at Swansea, to the installation team. very accomodating to our particular need for installation. We were kept up to date with developments whilst waiting for our Envoy NXT. My husband was the driving force behind getting a hot tub but once it was here, I have become its biggest fan. Apart from helping with aches and pains it has reduced stress levels and we are sleeping so much better (I know that isn't listed as a benefit when talking about hot tubs but I certainly have found it so)
I have struggled with the chemistry of maintaining water pH etc but we now have installed the ACE system so moving forward hoping things will be easier for me.
I would recommend a hot tub to anyone, particularly HotSpring, after all you do get what you pay for and this is an excellent product, in my opinion the Best on the Market. Go and see Laura in Swansea branch, you won't regret it.
We are now in the process of erecting a building around the spa, happy days

It is the best hot tub by far. We forgot to take extra precautions and strap down the cover. But it survived the hurricane which was 2 miles short of a cat 5 storm. There was some debris inside but the hot tub and cover both survived. It stayed intact, which we thought for sure it was going to be taken away. My house and the metal gazebo lost shingles and lost my entire fence. Huge pine tree missed falling on my house. Hot springs tub is the best.

We bought this hot tub as a wedding gift to ourselves just over three years ago. We got the salt water cell and I will tell you we absolutely LOVED it... It went out a little over a year later and we were told that the warranty on the cell expired and it would be another $1,100 to replace. When we bought the hot tub we were under the impression the 5 year warranty was on the whole purchase... We are now on the fifth remote control which has just went out and won't turn on. We spent twice as much as the next best tub and three times that of the average hot tub on this one to treat ourselves. Honestly, don't waste your money. We wish we hadn't.

Wow, I am sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. The Ace Salt Water system, as an accessory, does have a separate warranty from your hot tubs 5 year warranty. I apologize for any confusion on that end.
