Love the controls and the build. Wish the controls for the moto were closer to the lounge and that the seats were a bit better for natural floating, but overall the water quality and care is great. Easy to use and very happy with our tub!

I am very pleased with the hot tube. There is one feature I would have liked it it were available. The cleaning cycle is not automated. It would be nice to schedule this to occur automatically. Unfortunately, one must manually activate the clean cycle.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a spa but after shopping around I soon realized you get what you pay for. We decided to go for it and got the Envoy NXT with the ACE system. What a great decision, comfortable, relaxing, quiet, and looks great in the back yard. Best of all the water is gentile on the skin and doesn't have any harsh odors. Worth every penny, wish I would have done it sooner.

I have owned spas before, but this one is the best unit I have purchased. The remote control, lighting, sound system are perfectly integrated. It is very comfortable to use and certainly something I will never regret paying a little extra for when I upgraded to the NXT

I owned a 2000 Landmark and when it came time to replace it, the Envoy NXT was the right tub. I didn't even shop around to other companies. Over the 17 years of ownership, being in the military, it moved 5 times and I could always find a Hot Springs Dealership who had knowledgeable people and great customer service. Over time, I did have many parts replaced and began o have problems with the components. I hope this new one which won't move will serve me better and even longer.

My wife and I have researched just about every hot tub available prior to purchasing the HotSpring Envoy NXT. We know for certain that we made the best decision and are 110% fulfilled with our choice. We honestly couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked into the showroom here in las Vegas, NV (Spas By Renee), we felt welcomed and were completely educated by all the staff. One of our biggest concerns besides build quality and integrity was customer service. We feel like if there is ever a problem with our hot tub, we will not be left out in the cold. This was a very big investment for us and we know for certain it was completely worth it. My wife decided to name her "Gorgeous". Every time she walks outside I start to laugh because I hear her say..."Hello Gorgeous!" Awesome hot tub, incredible company, and wonderful people. Thank you HotSpring!

It has only been 2 weeks since the arrival of our new hot tub & it has been a fabulous experience .... from the superb comfort, enormous space inside, great lighting, and enjoying every minute we're in our Envoy NXT .... couldn't be any happier .... great job on this one HOTSPRINGS!

My fifth hot tub and by far the best

I have had four different spas since the late 90s and this one is by far the best! We recently relocated and were in the market for a new spa.
I have had Hot Spring spas before and took a look at most of the spas available in the market today. I investigated which ones were continuing to advance their spa technology and staying up with today's overall technology. Hot Springs was the only one I found that has continued to advance their product and take advantage of new technology available in the industry. I added the ACE saltwater system and at my wife's requests also added the sound system. The ACE saltwater system works fabulously and though I was not initially supportive of adding the sound system, I have found it to be fantastic also. Having music integrated with the hot tab, including a subwoofer makes the listening experience clear and nonintrusive to your neighbors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product. The only part I could ask for improvement is not necessarily with the product itself but with the addition of some type of imporoved installation service. Possibly a service that in addition to delivering the spa, someone would come out maybe a day later to assist with training on all the features, chemicals and maintenance. There is a lot of documentation that comes with the spa and it is not very well integrated. For a spa that costs as much as a car, I would expect something like this to be standard with the product.

Our second Hot Spring Spa and loving it BUT...

We have had our Envoy NXT for about a month now and are using every chance we get. Overall we love the quality, fit and finish. This is our second Hot Spring, we purchased a Sovereign High Life series a couple years ago (it stayed with our old house when we sold it). We liked our experience with Hot Spring so much that our choice of brands was clear. We live in the Indianapolis area our local dealer has been great to work with and overall we love our spa. However... We are experiencing that it will not hold it's temperature in colder weather (which is when we want to use it most). We keep it set @ 103 degrees. Last night we were in it for 30 minutes and the temp dropped down to an uncomfortable 100 degrees during that time (it was only 36 outside). The local dealer sent their technician out a couple weeks ago to check it out and he said everything checked out normal. We literally NEVER experienced a drop in temp with our Sovereign model, even in really bitter cold weather. We love everything about our spa but are disappointed that it will not hold the temp steady. This winter has been very mild compared to last year also which makes this even more troubling. Still looking for resolution.

Thank you for your review. Depending on how cold it is outside and how long you are running the jets for you can lose some heat. Once your spa drops below two degrees from the set temp, the heater will turn back on. However, based on the previously stated factors, is how fast your spa will regain its heat. First time owner of a Hot Springs Spa. I had another spa years ago and was familiar with the general operation of spas. Looking back to what we had to our new Hot Springs Spa is night and day, from the exterior to the interior hands down lights out the BEST spa we have ever owned. My wife loves it as well as our 17 year old son... and his friends. We live in upstate NY and love being in it when its cold and snowy. Truly great family time as family's these day seldom get to sit and visit around the dinner table, so its nice to get together in our spa. Thank You Hot Springs for doing such a great job building the Envoy NXT. .

Making the Plunge!

After longing for a hot tub for years, it was finally the right time to make the plunge and purchase a tub. Our HotSpring® Envoy NXT has proven to be an excellent choice.
Ironically, the day our hot tub was delivered, I had a fall and broke my back. That delayed my first dip a few weeks, however the hot tub has been a beneficial asset for my recovery. The warm water soothes aching muscles and helps improve blood circulation. The variety of jets provide a relaxing massage and invigorates the soul.
Most days, I use the tub twice a day - once in the morning and again before bed. It is the best way to stargaze and unwind at the end of the day.

We really like our spa, but where we bought it not so good. We had to replace twice because of an issue with the external part of the spa. We up graded to the nxt to hopefully avoid any other issues.

We just traded our 1993 Grandee towards a 2017 NXT Envoy. Love the remote digital controls, color lighting, new moto massage and captains chair. Nothing like jumping in after a long day at work to help relax.

Envoy NXT is Great!

We just purchased the Envoy NXT in December. The store manager in Brentwood, Tennessee was wonderful in helping us make a selection. I am 6'5" and have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I was looking for a hydro-therapy spa that I would fit in. We have some friends that have an Envoy and they recommended it. We went to the store and looked around and the manager helped us decide on this tub. So far it has been wonderful. A minor issue that we encountered when we first filled it from the water being too cold was corrected the next day by the HSS technician. We are up and running and I am enjoying the relief it give me.

We just received our envoy nxt so we can't speak to its longevity. However, the spa is amazing so far. It was definitely expensive so we hesitated to pull the trigger but my wife and I are so grateful we decided to make the purchase and go for the exact model we wanted!
