Hot tub came damaged - we dealt with it. Now (less than 3 weeks later) one jet insert was broken and laying in the hot tub and one wrist jet doesn't work. Customer service department at dealer has been terrible. Not happy......We had it delivered October 4, 2016 - like a month ago....regret buying it especially from Woodbury MN Hot Springs dealer.

Got the NXT envoy from Georgia Spa and they where great. From picking the old spa to delivery of the new one all in time and professional. The NXT Envoy is way better from my old Hot Spring Tiger River Caspian spa. I'm so glad I got it. I have a bad back and the Moto-Massage DX on the launch is the best. You have to try it. All the jets hit a different part of the body and it feel like heaven. So glad I upgraded.

Enjoying Our New Spa

We've purchased 2 spas in the past from another dealer. While we enjoyed both of those, we realize that the quality of our new spa is much better. Yes, it cost a little more than we'd paid in the past, but you truly get what you pay for. The customer service has been excellent. It is our new nightly ritual...a fabulous way to end the day!

Just received my tub and everything has been a positive experience all the way from sales, staff, delivery and tech support. The tub is beautiful and comfortable. So happy to have switched to Hot Spring brand. This will be my first experience with a salt sanitizer and appears to be a bit more maintenance. But I am hopeful it will be well worth it.

Had issues for 1 year with first new tub. Hot springs finally warranties it and just now after 1 year and countless days not being able to use it we received a new tub. Time will tell so far not the happiest camper.

After extensive research and wet trials of many manufactures, Hot Spring earned our business, and customers for life. The Envoy NXT is by far the most comfortable spa we trailed and now that we own one, it has become our favorite place in the house.

3rd Hot Springs !! . . . ??

We love our Hot Springs spas !!! But after 7 months of blissful but limited use over the Summer a leak has developed around the main light. And has leaked chlorinated water into the equipment cabinet . . . stainless hardware is corroding !! Service has indicated it would take 2 weeks to get a new fixture . . . plus installation and such. We have never had a problem like this with any of our previous HS spas. Luck of the draw . . . I guess ??? My evaluation would have been higher had this quality issue not cropped up !

A Perfect Complement to my Rehab

I purchased this more therapeutic style of hot tub to complement my rehabilitation from major trauma I sustained last year. The varied seating styles all provide unique jet arrangements that massage varied body parts at varied intensities. The comfort is great; however, my only complaint is that the jets in the reclining seat push me forward so much that it's difficult to securely sit without floating away, as there is nothing to secure myself in place. So I either have to turn off the jets, keep my arm out as an anchor, or pull my legs in to weigh myself down. But, other than this minor annoyance, the comfort is great. I have only had this hot tub for a short time, so I am not yet certain of the energy efficiency, and the water care only seems pretty simple, as I haven't gone much past the initial set-up.

Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that your are benefiting from soaking in your spa. If you are having an issue of floating in the lounger seat, you can use a weight belt. Its just the two of us, but we opted for the Envoy NXT because it seemed really well built. It is! Its also ridiculously easy to care for. I just emptied it out and cleaned it a couple weeks ago. Stupid simple. Unless you are really rickety, don't hire anyone to do to it. The jets in this hot tub can be dialed way up to right where you are seated. Most of the time, I just like to have a nice soak with the lights out and just watch the stars and UFO's. We've seen anomalies in the sky when we were out there several times. The hot water helped us stay calm. The cats like it too!

We really wanted an NXT model and the Envoy was perfect for us. We bought the tub last year and it is lovely. We had some problems with the remote which we solved by replacing it, but also with the ACE system which we still haven't solved.

Happy with our New Envoy NXT

We recently took delivery of our Envoy NXT.
I’d have to say that the Envoy offered the widest variety of seating of any tub we tried (including several other brands). Being able to play musical chairs between all the different seats and jet configurations allows you to hit just the right spots. The Captains seat was one of the clinchers for us. It offers a different experience from the other more typical seating in the tub (and compared to other brands). Combined with the lounger and you have pretty much every seating arrangement you can imagine.
We debated NXT or not, but settled on the NXT. At this level it just made sense to go the rest of the way. The sleeker appearance was definitely a plus, and the wireless control pad is really slick and very useful. I only wish for a separate charging base that I could store it on, inside the house. I prefer to be able to check on the tub from inside the house and prefer not to leave it outside with the tub (potential for theft). Hopefully Hot Springs will come out with this accessory.
The entire process of sales, delivery and setup went smoothly from start to finish. Kudos to Snake River Spa in Boise. From the moment we walked into their showroom and talked with the salesman (Johnny B) we could tell it was a first class operation. Their knowledge, support, and commitment to their customers was head and shoulders above the other dealers we visited. Plus, their excellent showroom offered the widest range of tubs and was very comfortable for wet-testing.
One other thought for improvement (besides the separate control panel charger base). About the only thing we could wish for in our Envoy itself is more configurability of the jets. The Bullfrog jetpack system is really useful and well designed, and almost swayed us, but we stuck with HotSprings based on good reports from friends, and the great support from Snake River. Also, the Everfresh system really met our needs better than what Bullfrog had to offer (we could have used the Everfresh system with the Bullfrog, but trusted Snake River to support us better).
Looking forward to many years in our new tub.

Purchased the Envoy NXT last fall and has been a greater relaxation and enjoyment experience than I expected. Have used most every weekend since purchasing in both winter and summer months. Electricity use throughout has been about $20-30 per month, in line with expectations. The cover is phenomenal at keeping in the heat! This summer, it only loses about 4 degrees during the week and quickly gets back up to 102 degrees. The upgrade to the NXT package has provided great peace of mind with the molded bottom to prevent anything getting under it or rotting. It has been super easy to keep clean and maintain and recommend without hesitation!

I FIRST PURCHASED A FLAIR SPA ( MID-LEVEL ), AND A WEEK LATER I DECIDED I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE TO AN ENVOY SPA IF IT WOULD NOT BE TOO EXPENSIVE TO TRADE UP. ROB MADE AN EXCEPTIONAL TRADE-IN ALLOWANCE WHICH MADE THE DECISION EASY. I NOW OWN AN ENVOY AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. EVERYTHING BILLIARDS REPRESENTS HOT SPRINGS SPAS EXTREMELY WELL. I AM 100% SATISFIED.
