HotSpring's Reputation Precedes Them...And For Good Reason

Owned 2 in-ground pools previously but this is our first spa. Researched this purchase as we do pretty much everything and so glad we did. There are so many brands and models and features out there, and sorting through it was pretty daunting initially. But soon noticed that HotSpring brand kept coming up no matter which review site you went to. My wife has a lot of health problems she contends with on a daily basis, including 3 different kinds of extremely painful debilitating arthritis, diabetes and severe psoriasis. We were about to put in another pool at our latest home when she came across an article touting all the benefits spas can provide to people who suffer from various conditions, including those mentioned above. And our research revealed that no spa brand had a better reputation for providing therapeutic benefits than HotSpring's spas. I work out a couple of hours every day so imagined that I would benefit too. And I figured our teenage daughter would enjoy it as well, so we decided as a family we'd get a HotSpring spa in lieu of putting in a pool. We always buy quality so fully expected that the brand with the best reputation would command a premium, but admittedly we were shocked at the price tag on the Envoy NXT we settled on. However, now that we've had it for 2 weeks we all agree that it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. Can't say enough about the excellent build quality. Performance has exceeded our expectations in every way. Whoever designed the layout of the Envoy was a genius - each of the 5 seating positions offers its own unique pleasurable experience. It never would have occurred to me to want the wicked cool lighting system that came with the spa as a standard feature, but surprisingly it really enhances the experience when we go in at night. We opted for the Ace Saltwater System as we'd had a saltwater pool before and are very happy with it. The best news is the spa has provided my wife with SO much comfort and relief from her arthritis. And the saltwater helps her skin condition, which is an added bonus. However, I wasn't prepared for how much i would benefit from it; spending time in the spa every evening after my tough workouts has been very beneficial. And, yes, teenagers are all about relaxing, so my daughter is happy too. If you're on the fence about getting a spa, take the plunge - you won't be sorry. And if you're debating between going the price route and getting one of those cheap spas from the local recreational factory warehouse or wholesale club or home improvement store and investing more and going for quality, spend the $ because our best friends didn't and theirs is not that old and out of commission due to a pump gone bad on a no name spa they can't get parts for. And, finally, if you have decided to pay more and get a really good one, you can't go wrong with HotSpring. Everything I found online tells me these are the good guys: they build them the best they know how and demand the appropriate price for them; they stand behind their products with an extensive warranty and parts availability for many many years; and they have the best dealer structure in the business to sell you the spa, deliver & set it up for you, teach you how to care for it and service it down the road.

My husband and I purchased the Envoy NXT April 2015 and have had it for a year. This is the most relaxing, easy-to-care-for spa we have ever owned or used. The ace system is worry-free and requires very little effort to keep it clean. We use it in the summer and winter. There is also a physiological and psychological relaxing effect that led us to having another child (lol), which is a blessing in disguise! I can't say enough about this spa; it is truly a wise and important investment for life.

THIS HOT TUB IS SOO RELAXING YOU NEVER WANT TO GET OUT. LOVE THIS HOT TUB. WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING AT A POOL GLAD WE DECIDED TO GET THE HOT TUB INSTEAD. GREAT EXPERIENCE. IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE ABOUT PURCHASING DO NOT HESITATE. I FEEL RENEWED EVERY TIME I GET OUT.

Great Spa

I previously owned a HotSpring at my last house and loved it, so when it came time to purchased one for my new house I went with HotSpring again. The unit we had at the old house was almost 10yr old and we never had any issues with it.

I love the moto massage it gives a gentle motion similar to what a massage therapist would use to warm up an area. The other seats provide varying levels of a deeper massage.

The half recline has quickly become everyone's favorite seat.

Overall its a great models!

This is by far the best spa I have ever owned or been in. The jets are positioned in the perfect places! It is most defiantly part of my overall health and wellness plan! It is relaxing and therapeutic. Customer Service has been superb! I was out of the country and had maintenance questions, my dealer's staff got back to me personally within minutes! Thank you!

We purchased our Envoy NXT from Healthmate Spas in NJ in Dec of 2014. They delivered as promised and provided excellent comments and assistance to our installation and design contractor. My wife and I have become HotSpring Spa enthusiasts. Nothing beats starting the day with a dip in our NXT. The moto massage is my favorite spot. The ACE salt water system has worked incredibly well. The salt and softened water feels natural and never dries your skin. The ACE Salt system makes the overall hot tub experience essentially maintenance free and the NXT design and lighting features have enhanced the value of our patio and home.
