14 months so far with our Envoy by HotSpring and the novelty has NOT worn off! We decided to go 'top of the line' and have not regretted it for a moment. Worth every penny!
Easy to operate: once H2o is balanced and salt level correct - it's a low maintenance high value purchase you'll certainly enjoy for years!

2nd Hotsprings spa

I have had an outdoor spa for 47 years. 13 years ago, I purchased my 3rd, which was the Hotsprings Grandee. Trouble free for all those years. Unbeknownst to me, it stopped working and I bought a new Hotsprings. Here it was a clogged filter. Took me 5 minutes to fix. Decided to give it to a neighbor with kids any they are thrilled with the gift and I have a new Envoy. More bells and whistles than I need, but heck, we deserve. The quality is superb.

For the price I paid for this hot tub, I have had several issues in the short 3.5 years I have owned it. I am on the second leak in less than 3 months. The motoroller needed to be replaced as well. It practically fell apart when the old parts were taken out.
Prior to this hot tub, we had for 12 years with no issues until the last 4 months and had one growing up, so it is not that I am not well versed in hot tubs.
The start up salt is not exactly cheap for have to repeatedly restart this hot tub with the salt water system if you are continuing to have multiple leaks like mine.
The only plus to this hot tub is that is it easy to care for once started and is comfortable.
I personally would not recommend hot springs to anyone due to the quality of material for the price you pay.

We love our hot tub. I wish we had gotten one sooner. I use it about 5 times a week, wish I had time to use it more often. Way easier to maintain than I thought it was going to be, love the saltwater system.

Every seat in our tub has subtle differences and hit different massage points. We like them all. I sleep soundly after using the tub before bed. Our last tub was a Calspa. The Hot Springs Envoy model we purchased is no comparison and is so much nicer/ quieter and requires almost no maintenance. The salt system took a little getting used to, but once “dialed in” is wonderful… We’ve only had it for 3 months, so I can’t speak for long term reliability yet.

This is our third Hot Springs Envoy and fifth Hot Springs hot tub. Our oldest Envoy is 20 years old. That Envoy is still like new with very little issues or repairs.We had the original salt system which was not well done but the new system on our new Envoy hot tub is excellent. The reliability and fit and finish of our Envoy is exceptional. Hot Springs continues to build a great product.

First time owners, love our new spa!

My husband and I went to the Brandon Florida location just to start getting an idea as to what we wanted. I was told years ago to get a hot tub to help with my arthritis but I kept putting it off. That day, Jonnie and her mom took the time to actually educate us about hot tubs. We checked out other brands and came back to Hot Spring. We have had the best experience from picking the hot tub to managing the levels in the hot tub. Jonnie still sends me a text asking me how I'm doing and if I have any questions. We would highly recommend Hot Spring and especially the Brandon location, they were truly a blessing. Thank you all again!

We could not be more happy with our Hot Springs spa. After a long, hard day at work, it is so relaxing to come home. Enjoy the sunset or the evening stars while soaking a tired and weary body at the same time. The lounges are placed in the perfect location as are the Jets with great control of Force. I would highly recommend this unit.

3 years old and other than a leaking heater that was replaced N/C by HotSpring nothing but good times. Very easy to keep chemicals balanced and easy open cover makes it a all enjoyable. Would buy another and that's not a given with most big ticket items in life.

A great decision

Buying this spa was a great decision. I grew up 40 years ago helping take care of an above ground pool. Keeping everything in balance and not green was a chore. Keeping this spa in balance is a breeze. Once you get everything balanced with fresh water it is really easy to keep it all balanced.
The jets in this thing are really strong - the most powerful hot tub I've ever used. It's really nice. We use it year round several times per week.

This spa has all the bells and whistles one could ask for. The best one of these features being the sweeping back jets… that alone is worth the price of admission and can’t be found elsewhere. As with most products though, nothing is perfect. The biggest design flaw to be aware of is that the front of the spa where one would traditionally put the stairs is also where you enter into the lounger meaning when you step into the spa from there you’re stepping onto an angled slippery surface. This leaves you with the decision of either accepting that you’re stepping onto an awkward surface as you enter the spa, or placing the stairs on the sides of the spa which isn’t necessarily the most aesthetically pleasing solution. Despite this I still rate this spa a 10 out of 10.

It was well worth the wait to recieve this spa. Just sit in the seat that you need and let the spa do the work. Easy to maintain the water once you get in a routine. The smart cover is pretty awesome too. Best decision ever.......

If you’re going to invest in a spa that you plan on having for years, Hot Springs is your best bet! The maintenance has been truly simple, and the efficiency and comfort have been everything I was hoping for. After hearing from friends who purchased other hot tubs, I feel even better about investing in Hot Springs.

Our family has enjoyed our Envoy on 90 degree days and 10 degree days. It has been comfortable, easy to maintain and reliable. I was initially hesitant as a deep freeze arrived, added a few extra gallons of water anticipating increased evaporation and the tub did a great job. We’ve had cover issues with corners curling up which our dealer has promised to address come spring, this was an inconvenience, but we’ve dealt with it. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t choose any other spa. We also went with the freshwater salt system and wouldn’t choose any other way.
