Perfect for family or just the two of us

As a family of five, we opted for the Envoy as it had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the spa together. But it is also perfect for just two people… the different seat configurations allow you to truly customize the type of experience you would like to have. The lounger is my favorite seat while my husband loves the captain’s chair seat configuration.

Excellent Hot Tub

We love our Envoy saltwater hot tub. It has 5 unique chairs that provide a different experience. Maintaining our hot tub has been easy for us. The energy efficiency for our hot tub has also been excellent.

Great tub, but problem's persist.

The 2023 Envoy has been a comfortable and easy to maintain tub, but their wireless controller has a persistent chirping sound while it's charging. It's quite obnoxious when it's quiet out at night. Tech came out and replaced the unit and the new one did the same thing. Then the tech went to the local store and found the model there making the exact same sound. Watkin's support wasn't able to provide them with a solution so we are stuck with a chirping controller.
Additionally, our electric bill went up $300 in a single month and our hot tub seems to be the culprit. It is drawing about 2000kwh per month, so now we have to have the tech come back to look at that issue, but I'm sure we won't be reimbursed for the two months of extremely high electric bills.
Other than these issues, the tub is very comfortable and high quality and I hope to get this issues fixed so I can go back to enjoying our purchase.

Outstanding Spa

This is the third hot tub my wife and I have purchased, but the first Hot Spring Spa. This spa is spectacular compared to the others we've had, but for twice the cost, we expected it would be this nice. It certainly doesn't disappoint.
We got the Highlife Envoy. The features, the jets, the remote, the lights, the seating arrangements. ..pretty much everything about it is top notch. We got the saltwater version. It's much better than using chlorine or bromine by itself. I don't need to check the water balance nearly as often, and the saltwater makes it so there's way less chemicals in the tub, along with the fact that our skin feels so much better when we get out of the spa than if it were sanitized by chemicals alone.
We also love the fact that the spa heater works whenever the temp of the water drops. We set it for 102 degrees, and it's always between 102 and 103 degrees. The only drawback is the fact that you can't set it to turn off during peak hours. The cost of electricity is nearly four times as much during peak hours. You would think they could make it so you could program the spa to stop heating during those three or four hours.
But all in all, we absolutely LOVE our Hot Springs Envoy Spa!

Making payments on brand new unusable spa

We purchased in August , very excited, my wife has medical things going on that this could help, since then after install , we are not able to rely on temp control, it exceeds set temp , for instance we set it st 102 and it heats to 110, also the salt water system code comes up to co tact dealer with a code 4 , the dealer has been trying , it as of now December 17 we are at the place where they are replacing the non working jet pump , that they are unable to get a commitment from who they order from when the part will come in , we can’t use without adding chlorine Daily if we want the water to be sanitized, and the jets are not working , how long do I be a good sport and keep making payments ,before someone decides to bring a new spa or give us back our money , this is a $16000 spa

Great hot tub!

We absolutely love our hot tub! We truly enjoy our hot tub almost every single day. It’s relaxing, helps our sore bodies, the jets feel just as good if not better than a massage, the lounge chair is magic, we sit back, have a glass of wine or beer, listen to music, it’s heaven! We love the lights, the water feature. I could go on and on. We couldn’t be happier!

Cant use it yet , salt water does not work , if I set the temp at 102 and leave jets on it heats to 107 last night , I’m bummed , I have to make payments on a 16000,00 spa that I can’t use reliably , the broker is trying to help. , but I’m not feeling encouraged, I had better reliability from a spa we had for years we baught used off Craig’s list for $500

We enjoy our Envoy and have nothing Bad to say at all, an absolute pleasure to use with Benefits not even considered like 1st off feeling better from a long day, sleeping better than since I was a child and especially the time spent, my Wife and I added the Audio system and what a comforting addition, we are fully exposed to the weather and wouldn't have it any other way, Star gazing has become a nice part of a great soak in the Salt Water, I'd highly recommend it and do.

Manifold glue connection was first leak. manifold had to be replace, with that all the installation had to be remove then befoamed. New leak now waiting on service personnel to come and find out what new leaks about.
Lot of our friends and family came over to see our new spa, only to watch it leak all over the patio. Very embarrassing to say the least. So far not very happy with the almost $20,000 spa experience.

We had a JetSetter tub in our last house and wanted to stay with Hot Springs brand for our new tub. We love the variety of seating in the Envoy. We love the Salt System -feels great on our skin & easy to manage. The different jet positions and ability to control power levels is perfect to direct them where you need them each day or night. Having the tub let’s us enjoy star gazing for a lot longer on chilly nights!

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR HOTSPRINGS SPA ! WE FEEL THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST INVENSTMENTS THAT WE COULD MAKE FOR NOT ONLY OUR HEALTH BUT FOR OUR HOME AS WELL. THE JETS ARE POWERFUL YET SOOTHING. THE MOTO MASSAGE HAS BEEN THE BEST INVENTION YET.

Spa is wonderful. Was a bit shocked at price difference in 10 years. Dealership owner was more hands on with our other purchases. Would still go to them for another spa if needed.
