We love our new Envoy. The jets are very powerful no matter what seat we are sitting in. The captain's chair is wonderful for the back and the wrist. The back massage chair is like having a personal message.
The hot tub is a little bit difficult to get in and out compared to our last hot tub. The filters are easy to access and clean. The saltwater feels so much better. We couldn't be happier with our new hot tub.

My Third Hot Spring Envoy Hot Tub

My first hot tub purchase was a Hot Spring Envoy. I liked it so much that my second hot tub purchase was a Hot Spring Envoy. It lasted 15 years. Two weeks ago, I got to use my third Hot Spring Envoy. It is performing even better than my previous two. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyable use.

Use our hot tub daily. Great for soaking in after working out and helps with joint and back pain. Very comfortable and love the different seat jets and ability to modify the force of the jets. Very glad we made this purchase.

We purchased another Envoy 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems. Heater has died twice, jets falling apart, lights failing etc. our first Envoy was amazing, this one is slowly freezing in the cold Canadian winter with minimal support.

A lot of money for this one. 17k, Hot springs is a great brand. We had a thermospa that quit working within the warranty and could not get it fixed. I was very happy just to have a working spa again. I also just saw one similar to our on sale for 13k from the same dealer. A little bit upset about that. We are also new to the salt systems and it's a bit more confusing than chlorine. We also have a service call set up for a few things not operating properly. But we love the spa.

Enjoying the spa for a couple months now. We opted for the salt water system hoping for not only better quality of water but lower water maintenance. We ended up removing our saltwater system because it seemed to have no affect on reducing the need to add chlorine. Still we were having to add chlorine just about every other day and still had cloudy water not to mention the additional cost of maintaining the saltwater system.

Everything we wanted. Variety of jets and comfort of seats is excellent. Remote control woks as designed and BluRay connection and sound is solid. Only suggestion is that I wish thee was a timer in the controls to set a specific amount of time for the tub to run. Installation went very smooth, a professional crew.

Really love our Envoy Spa. We’ve owned the spa for about three months. Seems very well built with exceptional fit and finish. Struggled for about 3 weeks to get the water chemistry where it needed to be. Once I got it figured out, it requires almost zero maintenance. The salt system seems to work perfectly. My wife who 5’4 needed to buy a pillow to keep her from being too low in certain seats. Myself at 5’9 is comfortable in all seats. With the onset of winter in Pennsylvania, time will tell on energy efficiency. Our electric went up about $30 which seems reasonable. February will be the true test. So far we would highly recommend a HotSpring spa. Our grandkids seem to enjoy it also.

We have owned and enjoyed a hot tub spa year round for decades. Each time we replaced a tub (typically after 10 t0 12 years of use) it was with an upgrade. We are retired, relax in the Envoy and realize that we finally purchased the best. Coffee in the spa each morning and KY Bourbon every evening. Life is Grand in a Hot Spring Spa. I especially enjoy the color touch screen Bluetooth control!!!!

Love my Envoy! If we are home I’m in it almost every evening. Only thing I would change is to be able to have all the jets on full blast because my wife and I fight over the jets. Ha! Best money I have ever spent. We sleep like babies!

This is an extremely well designed product that exceeds all my expectations. The best feature is the Moto massage lounge and the captain's bucket seat. I love it so much that I use it twice a day. Once in the morning right after I wake up to tune up my mind and circulation. Once more before bed to fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.

This is our fourth spa over the years, and our second Hot Springs Spa. Quality is very good. Our only negative is getting in and out of the Spa. There is no really good way to do it.
