We love our hot tub! It is easily one of the best investments we have made. We couldn’t be happier. It works wonders for my wife and I and our recovery from hard work outs. It also helps a get a better night’s sleep. The jets, the quality, and the support we get from Hot Springs and our dealer are fantastic.

Great Hot Tub

Like some others on here, we put off buying a new hot tub for several years and so glad we jumped in head first and bought the Envoy. We use it all year long and love it, helps us with all kinds of aches and pains and is just plain relaxing.

Good Spa

I have a few issues with the spa, one being the motor is VERY noisy and the pool company I bought it from came and they said they ordered a new one but months later still nothing, and second I chose to add salt water and the node you insert is supposed to last at least three months but it barely makes it one and a half. The comfort is amazing

Good Purchase but Stop the Leaks

I had a sovereign that developed a leak right about the time the warranty was up. Got it fixed but the leak came back and could not be fixed. I had to get a new tub. I just bought an envoy at my lake house. I have an envoy at my full time home. It is two years old and still on warranty and now it has a leak. It could not be fixed here, so the dealer came and picked it up to take it back to the shop to fix it. It has been gone almost three weeks and so far no word. I hope these leaks do not continue and the leak is fixed once and for all before the warranty is up. I like the product, but am very disappointed that my last two hot spring tubs have had leaks and one could not be fixed just after the warranty was over. My previous Envoy was 13 years old and was wonderful when I finally traded it in.

Just what I needed!

I needed a system that had an open floor plan, lots of message jets - but specific, self sustaining and relaxed me soothingly every time I went in it. For three years I searched for a unit - sticker shocked by prices - AT First. Then I considered all of the comparisons and none of the other products had what I received with the Envoy model - it hit the mark on everything I wanted and more. I have it do a clean cycle every night. I have ceramic filters and a salt water system that is just wonderful on the skin. I do not have to do anything to the water - ever! I boast about my tub to everyone I can, because I feel so lucky to have it. I am so impressed with this unit and my family loves it too. It was worth every dime and still is. I bought mine during the worst of the Pandemic - stuck at home, no where to go and completely stressed out. Spending time with my husband in a very quiet, beautifully lit tub at night is just a wonderful thing without the hassles of chemical and balancing - I just add a Gem Packet after use and once a week check the water. The chemicals are always spot on. I do use Silk Balance, excellent product - this supports the chemicals and keeps the water even silkier. Thank you Hot Springs for thinking about everything - we can't say enough about this unit! We couldn't be happier.

Very happy with our Envoy

We are extremely happy with our Envoy purchase. We've had it for 7 months now and the only complaint we have is how fast we go through the salt cartridges. Our water balances perfectly, no hard water, no phosphates, yet we need to replace it every 2 months almost to the day. They claimed they last 4 months but that's not truly the case. That is literally the only complaint we have. Otherwise we love it and use it at least 5 days a week. Excellent spa!

As proud owners of the HighLife Envoy Spa, my wife and I are beyond pleased. From the filtration system to the massage jets, the Spa affords us with a resort-like experience every time we enter it. The wireless remote is simple to operate and convenient for maintaining comfortable temperatures. And, the various lighting effects are a wonderful bonus that add to the already relaxing atmosphere. Just add a beverage and your favorite music......and the Hot Spring Spa will undoubtedly melt your cares away.

Very relaxing, the massage jets are amazing. It is a lot harder and more expensive to keep up than they lead you to believe. Cartridges need replacing every 2-3 months, not 3-4.

This was an excellent purchase by us. The water stays clear and very easy to clean. The energy efficiency is unreal!!! At most only adding 80 bucks to our bill and we live in some serious winter weather. Only issue we have with it is the captain chair and hydro jet chair is great but if you are not tall then you are not reaching the wrist jets and the jets line up not so well on your legs. Other than that, it is excellent.

All-in-all, this was a really great purchase. Understanding how to maintain the salt system was probably the biggest challenge since the store where purchased really didn't provide the guidance. But truly, couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

Total relaxation in these crazy times

We put off buying a hot tub for years. We took the leap and bought the Envoy. It is AWESOME! My husband and I enjoy relaxing almost every night. It helps us sleep so much better! The only downside was finding the right mix of chemicals to keep the water fresh and balanced. We started in October. I think we have it figured out now.

Waiting on spare parts for 3 months

Owned the Spa 5 years and should have known I was going to have problems later when I had my first salt cell die and was told I just had to replace it since they only last 6 months. I had to contact an outside supplier to get guidance that my hardness was off and making my salt cell go bad way to early. Now I have a big problem. I had a leak and have drained the Spa. Now, I am waiting for two pumps (I was told all three are leaking but 1 might last a little longer. Also there was no mention that the pumps could be repaired). After two months of being constantly told that they are backorder, I contacted Hot Springs Corporate who sent my request back to the local office and had the Pump manufacturer send me an email saying the pumps are on backorder. If you don't mind waiting for parts, go ahead and buy a Hot Springs Spa, they are great when they work.

I will do my best to address your concerns and answer your questions. First, I would like to address the current component issues you are experiencing with the salt cell and water care. The troubleshooting guide in your Highlife spa manual provides a few solutions to address proper water care.
The components you are currently waiting for are on backorder, and we, as manufacture, are still on allocation receiving new jet pumps. I apologize for the extenuating circumstances not typical during normal operations. The pandemic has affected international logistics and parts availability.
I would love the opportunity to address the salt cell system via phone. One of our Customer Care team members will be calling you shortly.

Haven't heard a word from Hot Spring (although they sent me an email today saying they responded to my comment, I don't see any response). Took matters into my own hands. removed all three pumps, tore them down (videos online). Nothing wrong with circ pump, Replacing seal in 2 speed pump, and replacing one speed jet pump. Got parts in five days. Total cost less than $450, quote from Hot Springs, over $1600.

All of the seats offer something different. I usually stay a while in each seat when I take a spa. It is easy to maintain, test, etc.

Great tub question the fresh water salt system!

Chose the Envoy because to the fresh water salt system, much more expensive but this system really sold us on the tub. Great customer service and installation service. The tub itself is amazing and my 1st salt cartridge lasted 12 weeks, not the advertised 16, tub is not heavily used only me, 3-4 time per week. 2nd cartridge lasted 7 weeks and now on 3rd, salt set at level 7 and still topping up with chlorine. See that many other also have the same issue. Hot springs, you need to look at this issue.

Third Hot Springs Spa!

This is the third Hot Springs Spa I have owned over the years. I've always loved them, you pay more however you're getting better quality of materials and workmanship, and all the dealers I've ever dealt with were very nice folks. This last one in Prescott Arizona, Arizona hot tub, is the nicest place I've ever dealt with. True professionals. From the owners, sales, and the installation crew, feels like family. This place is a class operation!
