We just fired up our Jetsetter LX and it seems to at least temporarily give noticeable arthritic relief, which is what we made the investment in hopes of. In the midst of covid affiliated supply chain and contractor availability issues, our local dealer rep, Jacob Burleigh, of Liverpool Pool & Spa, was continually responsive and readily supportive throughout our months long project - Thank you! We’re looking forward to enjoying it in both the peaceful solitude of falling snow flakes and the chaos that is grandchildren. Thus far, it has been an adventurous journey to a little jewel in paradise!

While the initial cost is a little daunting, we have thoroughly enjoyed the Jetsetter LX as a perfect couples hot tub. With the Freshwater Salt System, water quality is very easy to maintain after initial setup. The unit is very energy efficient and there is a wide variety of jets available for all your aches and pains. The portable control panel/remote is a nice touch.

I've had my Jetsetter LX for 45 days and the electric bill is . terrible. First 30 days the KW doubled and added $65 to my bill. This is my 4 tub in 50 years and noticed very little change in electric bill.
So far I'm not too happy with my purchase.

we love our new jetsetter lx spa just delivered a few days ago. The installers were fantastic, as was the office customer service, as was the electrician who did all the prep work -it is heavenly and so forceful with all the jets. Perfect size-easy to maintain and great on back and neck. I have had Hot Spring spas for over 25 years and love them

read happy with tub for about two months

tub is built well, many features, like the salt system, great cover, temperature is maintained when in the teens and twenties. However, recently had a problem, the heater quit working. I was told to clean primary filter first which is the usual cause. Before taking filter out I noticed the tub was running and temp started to increase. Things were good for two weeks. Five days ago started to get in tub and noticed the water was cool, checked thermometer and read as 84 degrees instead of 102 F that it was suppose to be. called Dealer and told to check filter , told him I already did, also checked electrical and circuit breakers and reset to no avail. Was told by repair they would be there in 5 days, I informed him the tonight in the 20's tonight. He requested I take the front cover off and run a space heater. to keep the lines from freezing. The front cover is stuck and I couldn't remove.When I talk with sales people at Pleasure pools they refer me back to repair guys. It's going into the 20 degrees F tonight and I'm stuck. At this point I wish I never bought the hot tub. It's like nobody cares about customers anymore.

The wife have nothing but good things to say about our jetsetter lx
We use it everyday and sometimes twice

We’ve had Hot Springs spas since 1999 with a Landmark. With moves and upgrades consisting of two Envoys until 2021 when our kids moved to college we “downsized” to the Jetsetter LX but we sure didn’t down size features. We love this spa - seating, jets, and the FreshWater Nature 2 is even more efficient with the smaller size. Could not be more pleased!

I own this hottub and absolutely love it. I also own a big CalSpa Costa and hate it. Totally different tubs but the Jetserter has better back jets and is super quiet. Could not be happier with our purchase for our Winter Park home.

Worth the wait… due to COVID we had to wait for our spa, but it was worth it!!! We are impressed with the quality and ease of care. Bonnie has been amazing with answering questions before our tub arrived. The delivery went great and we were trained on use & care.

I am happy that I bought this tub. My biggest reservation is that while the jets are strong when I need them to be, I would like a more moderate jetting when I dont want so much action around me. I know I can turn some down but not all. The main seat seems made for a tall man. I'm a 5'10" woman and still feel a little too small for all jets on the main side. Other than those things, I really like it. I wish products made to test water worked. My salt strips are off, and specially pH and alkalinity. The strip colors don't match the label colors. While regular pH paper measures 7 consistently, my strips always say hi pH, hi alkalinity.

I have found great variation in test strips. I have found aquachek to be the most accurate. That said nothing beats a Taylor test kit.

I’m extremely satisfied with my Jetsetter LX. I have had it for two months and get in it daily. I have the ozonator system and so far having no trouble keeping my water balanced as far as I know. Maybe some foam while jets are on but they dissipate within 20 seconds of turning them off. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my tub.

So glad we made the plunge! We’ve wanted a HotSprings Salt Water system hot tub for years. When we saw the small Jetsetter at the Home&Garden Show we knew it was the one for us. Rarely do you see such attention to detail regarding jet quantity and location is a small footprint.

Salt water system does NOT work as advertised!

DO NOT waste your money on the fresh salt water system!!! It does not work as advertised!!! I am constantly needing to add chlorine to my spa, even after putting in a brand new salt cartridge. This new system does not work as advertised and even when it does decide to work, the cartridge's only last about month and then it's back to controlling the water via chlorine!!! This new system was designed to cost less than the ACE system, but if you add up the cost and aggravation of constantly replacing the salt water cartridge, I believe the ACE system is probably cheaper and works better! Love my jetter setter XL hot tub that I purchased in 2018, but very, very disappointed in the fresh salt water system!!!

Hi Darci, Thank you for taking the time to review the Fresh Water Salt System. Would like to help you with your Salt System. Just to clarify you do not have the ACE cell, but the FWS system. The year 2018 would be the ACE, however if you can provide the spa serial number that will help to start and verify if it is ACE or FWS. I also would like to know if I can work with you on getting your salt system working much better. It will take a couple of phone calls, at your convince and then we can move onto email. Please let me know if I can help you enjoy your spa water with your salt system.

We opted for a small 3 person tub due to space and normally only 2 people tubbing. We are still new to ownership, so getting the hang of salt water. We love that we don't smell like chlorine when we get out. My only complaint/suggestion is to make it clear there is an electrical box included. My electrician supplied a box, so now I have paid for that twice. This would have saved me $800 in my bill, so now I have an extra box for no use. Can I sell it back to you?

I use my salon every day. It has been very reliable. I have replaced the Motomassage unit once. This seems like premature failure. It should be made more robustly.
