Owned my first HotSpring Spa in the 80's. I have had one continuously ever since.
HotSpring Spas owners experience a minimum of faults and failures, and with minimum maintenance requirements.

I especially love the concept that the HotSpring Spa design used the low wattage continuously running circulation pump with the Ozone generator option. This greatly reduces the chlorine requirement drastically.

Great tub and top quality but when you pay top dollar you expect everything to be 100%
I do not have a Salt Water menu on my remote that is clearly shown in several online videos.
Unimpressed is the nicest term I can use to describe this issue.

Best Thing I Ever Did For Myself

I have had 4 major back surgeries. After the last one a year and a half ago, I was still have problems standing straight up and walking long distances. My Dr wrote a prescription suggesting that I get a spa for water therapy. It took a while to get it because of the Covid-19 situation. It was installed last week and I am using it every day. I don't know what the long term effects will be but I feel better each time I step into my spa.I am very impressed with the entire experience (except for the almost 4 month wait time) I absolutely love my HOT SPRING spa.

Loved the smaller size for just me. The jets are powerful and in all the right places. The design is beautiful, modern and efficient. The installation team at Artesian Pools and Spas in Bloomsburg Pa were most helpful and professional.
I have had other spas but this one is my favorite!

How to control the suds

Too many suds. Water balance is perfectly within range according to the test strips. However, when the spa is on the suds are beyond excessive. The only solution I could find is to add another additive, suds buster.

Oh wow, Thank you for bringing up a great topic. Since your water is perfectly balanced, I'm curious to know the bubbles' source.
The soap may be introduced into the spa water from two sources: users' bodies, which retain a soap residual after showering, and swimming apparel, which retains soap after washing.
My suggestion is to reference page 12 of your owner's manual; it goes into further detail regarding foamy water.
If you need additional water care assistance, please give us a call at 800-999-4688 ext. 8432.

I had the same issue with suds in my tub. You can do what I did. Drain the tub and rinse your filters well, refill and balance
Then, rinse your swim wear on "rinse only" cycle in your washing machine. (Too much detergent in the material). Those jets are super powerful and will find soap in your clothing
Or,.... Hop in your tub NAKED! Both work. Good Luck!

I really like the Jetsetter LX. The jets are powerful and the lounge comfortable. The cover does not seal well allowing dirt and bugs to enter the spa. The saltwater system is easy to use. I burned through the salt cartridge in 3 months. Not sure why.

I have severe neuropathy in my lower back to the bottom of my feet. I was looking for an answer to the pain I was dealing with even though I was on lots of meds for that reason. We thought to look into a hot tub and after a lot of researching on the internet took the next leap to go looking. We ended up buying the Jetsetter lx because of the layout and jets on the lounge seat. Best buy that we have ever made. I can actually sleep without the pain in my legs and feet now. It's not 100% but what a difference it has made.

My husband and I bought the Jetsetter as we both suffer with our backs. Reece at the Chelmsford store was very knowledgeable about the product and made us both feel comfortable with purchasing no hard sales thank goodness! Reece even went to the trouble of doing a home visit to ensure that the tub fitted perfectly...... Ian helped with installation which was far less troublesome than I expected and removed all rubbish! Not only has the Jetsetter helped with our backs due to the Moto massage jets but also given us some relaxing down time just enjoying the experience. Thank you guys will definitely recommend!

Our first hot springs jet setter lasted us 17 yrs and although still in good working order was beginning to look it’s age so we decided it was time to replace it. We researched hot springs on the internet and we were lucky to find a local dealer at Hillier garden centre, Botley. Micheal was very welcoming and charismatic. As we have limited space we chose another jet setter nxt. It was delivered on time and the guys were very friendly and courteous ensuring we were 100% happy with the product and how to use it before leaving. We are so impressed with the easy maintenance and most of all the energy efficiency. It looks sleek and complements the garden beautifully. We would not buy another brand of hot tub as we did our research nearly 20 years ago before our original purchase and we have not been disappointed.

Absolutely love my Jetsetter! Easy to maintain. It truly is energy efficient, our electric bill only went up $20/month. I’m glad I bought the Jetsetter, it was the right size for our family, 3 sit very comfortable.
I would highly recommend purchasing a second set of filters. It makes spa monthly maintenance a breeze. 2nd best purchase ever!

Had a 1993 Tiger River Khyber for 25 years. It was night and day compared to newer redesigned Hot Springs tubs of today. Freshwater Salt System is quick and accurate allowing more quality time for things that matter especially during Covid-19 times. Everyone ought to own one!
