We replaced a 20 year old Sovereign model with the smaller NXT. We like the quiet pump and wireless control. We had the tub up and running in less than 10 hours so we soaked in it the very first night.
The price is worth the quality and features on this tub. We looked at less expensive brands but decided the quality and the fact our first Hot Springs tub lasted 20 years, made it worth paying a little more.

Even though it's 110° plus here in AZ we took advantage of the summer free salt water system. So glad we did! The hot tub is not only fun and relaxing but therapeutic for us as well!! Loving it! We had a problem with the temperature at first but after a speedy service no more problems!I dropped one star on comfort only because I'm so short I don't quite fit the seats as designed but I find a way to get comfy & relaxed!

The most important part of your purchase will be the selection of the HotSprings model that meets your needs. Whether for a couple or a family, take the tour with your HotSprings dealership team member to discover the spa experience that will fulfill your dreams. In the end, it's not the model, but the help you receive from your dealership in discussing budget, financing special offers, placement, accessories and installation.
Why did we come to HotSprings?
Our model was 31 years old, and had served us well as second owners for over 20 years, and without even one service call for parts or service, had made it through all those Wisconsin winters. While the faint of heart may balk at snowflake time, we found those starry winter nights and warm soaks to be the perfect winter nightcap. We came back to our family dealership, HotSprings of LaCrosse, WI,to discover anew the wonders of HotSprings spas all these years later.
This family business welcomed us with a wealth of knowledge and help in planning our new adventure.

Could use a 20 minute session timer

We have been enjoying our Jetsetter spa immensely. The massage feature is the best thing ever!
We would like to suggest that you add a 20 minute timer to the jets, rather than just on/off. We end up using the "Clean Cycle" timer to make sure we don't spend too much time in the spa.
Overall, an excellent product, perfect for two people, that we are using and enjoying daily.

The NXT Jetsetter is the third Hot Springs hot tub we have purchased and we are as thrilled with this purchase as we were with the other two. The quality of construction is excellent and the many features make for a wonderful spa experience. We enjoy the many benefits of the hot tub and try to use it as often as we can in both winter and summer.

Having to hand write many papers for work the spa has helped the release of the soreness int my hands at the end of the day. Plus relaxing in the water takes the tensions from work and let the water soak and bubble them away. I get out of the tub warmed, no more tension in the upper back and my hands. Life is better I am at ease. refreshed to face the rest of the evening relaxed and warm.

This is a replacement for an 18 year old spa. We down sized and went with the ACE Salt System. So far we absolutely love it. Very easy to set up and monitor. Everyone at Georgia Spa Company, from sales to the installation crew have been very pleasant and easy to work with. Reid and his crew were great when they installed the spa. They were very professional and took time to explain everything as they went about their business. Couldn't be happier.

As a previous owner of a Hot Springs tub, I’m a little underwhelmed. The jets do not seem to be as powerful, the pearl shell shows body oil and dirt each time you use the spa. The tub doesn’t heat up to “hot hot” just hot! Still with all the negatives, it does have a good warranty, quality construction and insulated well around the shell and nice size.

The hot tub is designed to allow temperatures up to 104 degrees; though most of our spas will allow an increase in temperature up to 106 degrees if needed. We also have diverter and air control valves to help direct pressure to the jets in use. Our property enjoys a spectacular view of a ravine. While we have always enjoyed sitting in this serenity, relaxing in our new HotSpring Jetsetter NXT Spa has wonderfully enhanced our experience of a beautiful property. It is quiet, comfortable, incredibly easy to maintain and dependable. We're only sorry we waited so long to appreciate the pleasure of relaxing in a hot tub.

If regularly used by one or two people and occasionally used by three people, this is the ideal hot tub. Sitting on either side, facing either direction, a cut-out has been supplied in the tub to cradle your neck and head - making a cushion unnecessary (even though on one of these four surfaces there is a cushion) for laying back with your neck and head in a comfortable position. Love the interior lighting options, too. Great massager for your back in the lounger, and for your feet at the other end.
