After many years of wanting a hot tub and lots of home show visits I purchased a Hot Springs hot tub. Compared to other it was a little on the high side ($) but I think it was a wise choice. Because it's new I'm in it at least 5 times a week and enjoy every minute of it. Just wish I had not waited so long to get it.

Very comfortable for 3 people. Temperature stays perfect even in winter so I'm hoping it will run efficiently over time in terms of water and heat loss. Couldn't give it more than an average rating for efficiency at this point since we haven't had it long enough to tell but hoping that the claims are all true. A little more work than we expected to keep the ph balanced but now that we've had the ACE system installed we hope that will improve. It certainly made the water feel nicer on our skin. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Helping my pain

I'm 54 years old and have had 2 knee surgery's 2 shoulder surgery,s and have lower back problems. The beginning of this year I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and my Dr. suggested that a Hot Spring Spa would be a good treatment for me. So I traded in my old Hot springs of 20 years and bought a new Jetsetter NTX and I'm just loving it. I go in it 2 to 3 times a day and it really helps ease the pain and stiffness I have. I would recommend Hot Springs to anyone.

We are very impressed with the Jetsetter NXT. The tub seems to be very high quality with nice powerful jets that massage not just blow bubbles. The lounge seat is our favorite spot. The jets move up and down your back and really give a satisfying back massage, while the jets on the opposite side massage your legs and feet.
We also love the lights, they really add ambiance to the soak, and everything is very easy to control using the waterproof touch screen controller. I am wishing now that I had the speaker system built in to the tub. We were told this option could be added at any time in the future. So maybe next year!
All in all we are very satisfied with the Jetsetter NXT, and I highly recommend it!

We have had this tub for over a year. It has been great. Its my second hot tub and it is not hard on the electric bill. It has been very easy to care for ,even with the kids in and out. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spa for 2 adults

With our new home, building out our backyard was a priority so that we could entertain family/friends or best of all....end the day in our spa after a long walk or biking the trails around Prescott, AZ.
After one month of daily usage - our NXT Salt Water spa was the perfect choice for our lifestyle. Easy to enter, easy to clean/maintain and best of all....we've found that not only does it help us relax, but living in AZ you need extra lotion to ward of "snakeskin," and with our NXT spa we've found that our use of lotion is down and our skin is not as dry!
Working with the team at Arizona Hot Tub was a pleasure and we can't thank them enough for their input and support. With years ahead of us, we will certainly be enjoying many sunrises & sunsets while submersed in our NXT spa.

We bought a Jetsetter NXT 4 months ago and have enjoyed it thoroughly ever since. This is our 3rd hot tub, and without question, Hot Spring is the best spa we have ever owned. This is based on everything from the buying experience to the quality, looks, features, and comfort of the tub. Our dealer, Tampa Bay Spas, Brandon, FL, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of this spa and how this model would best fit our needs. Ever since delivery, we have enjoyed the features of the Jetsetter, including the ease of operation with the removable remote, to the minimal care and maintenance required. With the quality of Hot Springs, I'm confident that I'll have many years of trouble-free enjoyment with my spa.

Lower back pain relief

I've been dealing with lumbar spine pain for over 2 1/2 years, including three lumbar surgeries. While the pain is significantly better, I still have lingering muscle spasms and tightness in my mid and lumbar region of my lower back. I spoke with my neurosurgeon about the possibility of relief from a spa and he agreed that one would be beneficial. So I started looking at various spa manufacturers, their brands/models, comfort, jet layout, etc. (This is our 4th redwood hot tub or spa). I finally decided on the HotSpring Jetsetter NXT and it was delivered/set-up yesterday. Last evening was our first venture into our new spa and we love it. In particular, the Moto-Massage is incredible. The up/down motion of Moto-Massage feels amazing, and when coupled with a water temp of 104 degrees, it really loosened the muscles and I slept great. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone, but in particular, especially to those with lumbar spine issues or tight back muscles.

Could not live without this hot tub

After a bike ride, my wife andI went to a friends house who had a Hot Springs hot tub. After 30 minutes, we came home and said we need one. Several months later, we now have out own hot tub. Can you say we go in almost every day? Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

My husband and I are both middle-aged veterans. We have all the arthritic and injury related pain issues. Our Jetsetter is perfect, especially being salt water, for therapeutic reasons. We love it even in the heat of the southern summer!

My Physical-Mental-Spiritual "Lifesaver"

I suffer from arthritis and severe joint pain- BUT, I'm the type who pushes myself physically between exercise, general yard work and my paid job- so I probably cause a lot of my own aches & pains. Most days I'm in my Jetsetter each early morning a couple of hours before I go off to work, which is also on my feet and physically challenging - soaking with a big cup of coffee and meditating. It not only helps to start my day for my physical self-but spirituality & mentality it puts my physc in the right frame of mind to deal with the stress of the "real" world. I find that every seat with the different jets and the ability to control the pressure of output, helps to target my tight & sore areas the ultimate experience. In the evening, it's the best before bed to calm & soothe my body and mind

We have the Jetsetter NXT for about 3 months now and really enjoy it. We mostly use it with two person, sometimes our 11 year old joins us. So for us, space is not an issue. In fact, we both enjoy that this offers a more laying position than the bigger one we had before which was built to sit up to 8.
With the 230V supply it heats up quickly. I wish there were more controls to lower the temperature during times when we do not use it to make it even more energy efficient.
Keeping it clean is easy. Not much chemicals needed.
The lighting looks great. Unfortunately there are no even surfaces on the top to put down a glass of champagne. That would make it perfect.

As it turns out there is no need to adjust the temperature in between soaking. Your spa is well insulated and holds in the heat. If you were to lower the temperature and increase it when needed, you would use more energy adjusting it then you would than maintaining it. Think of it like your refrigerator, it is always on and ready for use.

Can't believe we own this amazing hot tub spa! From the moment we stepped into the showroom until it was delivered and set up its been an amazing experience. Purchase was so easy as our sales person, Adam, was super knowledgeable about the product and care. Delivered within 5 days, set up was seamless and we found the delivery folks professional and educated on the product, as well. The jets are in just the places we were looking for and this model fits our needs perfectly. It even fits our space needs better than we imagined! We're really excited to have this Hot Spring spa for our health and entertainment for years to come!
