This is the 3rd spa I've been given and the only one worth keeping. The other two were not hot springs and seemed to be cheaply built when someone came to haul them away they practically fell apart.when they brought the hot spring spa you could tell it was solid and we'll built.both my wife and I love it and use it every day.

We have had problems with our tub from the day we got it its not even been a year yet. The tub also doesn't have enough jets in it, I would not get this tub again... NOT A GOOD VALUE !!

This is the perfect spa for 2 people, and doesn't take up a lot of space. We use it every day without the jets, just to relax. For tackling sore muscles, there are lots of cleverly designed and powerful jets to get the job done!

After exploring various alternative products and sizes the Jetsetter NXT was the exact hot tub for us. After suffering from years of joint discomfort, including total knee and hip replacements, the ACE (salt water) system is physically and emotionally rewarding. The size is perfect for two adults. 225 gallons is extremely efficient and will not break the bank. The Jetsetter NXT is easy to learn to use and maintain, it is a perfect fit for our lifestyle.

Nice spa with the exception of the step height inside spa.
The step inside is too high making it awkward to get in and out.
The spa light is housed in the step causing the step to be taller
Than needed . A smaller light would allow the step to be molded
Lower. I feel this spa is marketed to older adults but it's not easy

Bathers can enter or exit from anywhere in the spa. The step that you are referring to is known as the cool down seat. This is a seat that sits higher than they rest. It allows a bather to sit half way in the spa and cool down if needed. Some people find that using water socks and or a hand rail help them get in and out of the spa. Thank you for your spa review.

We have had our Jetsetter for a month now. We use it 1-2 times a day and are loving it!!!! So relaxing to sit in and calms my aching muscles. Great quality time with the hubby too, sitting and chatting, relaxing and looking at the sky. Love how it has different jets and seats to get every single muscle group. What a great purchase we will never regret.

This is my third tub two in the north east now this one in Fla. This is not just a nice item to have. This is used all the time it's relaxing and soothing when you need it most.

Wonderful view from my hot tub

Our hot tub sits on our deck which is on a 450 ft bluff overlooking the Arkansas River valley. We also view the city of Maumelle, AR with the lights of the city twinkling in the distance at night.
Below us is Two Rivers Park a city/county owned park with numerous paved trails through forested areas, along side the Little Maumelle River, and open spaces for walkers, bikers, and runners. Also within the park are more than 300 spaces for rent for those who enjoy their own gardens.
At night we enjoy the wonderful night sky enhanced occasionally by the passing of the International Space Station.
Our granddaughters always enjoy playing in our spa when they visit.
It's a wonderful addition to our outdoor living space.

For the last 18 years, my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our HotSpring hot tubs. Over the years we have purchased three HotSpring hot tubs and have enjoyed them all. Our current is the Jetsetter NXT. And no matter what kind of day we had, after sitting in the hot tub it’s been a wonderful day! Quality is the best and service is top notch. I highly recommend Spas Etc. of Orlando and Daytona. These guys rock!

Great hot tub so far!

I have owned my Jetsetter NXT for about a month now and have used it almost every day. I have had 0 issues with the tub so far, though I wouldn't expect to in a month.
The delivery guys were nice, friendly and professional.
The only reason I docked one point for value is it was expensive and one small change I would make that could be done with a software update.
Hotspring should really add a clock and time of day function.
Unless I missed it, there is no way to tell the heater not to run during certain times of the day since electricity cost is 3x as much from 7am-7pm weekdays. It would save me $$ if I could have the temperature set to 80 during peak times and have it automatically bump back up to 99 off peak when I use it anyhow.

Relaxin' with the Duck!

Just had our hot tub delivered yesterday by Ray and Quinn... and have to say from start (talking with Andrew first) to the end, the process was extremely good.
There wasn't any pressure to buy, and yet Andrew was there to answer our questions... did also touch base on a few things with Shaun as well, when I came in to actually make the purchase. You have a great team working for you!
Ray and Quinn arrive a tad early then the 10 to 1030 time, which was great... and from the beginning my husband and I knew we'd like these guys. Conversations went smoothly as the tub was unloaded in its spot. Both Ray and Quinn were fabulous at explaining every detail of our new tub, and helping us get started . They were both very business-like in a relax manner which is something we really enjoyed, and also very cordial. My husband and I were very impressed with there professionalism and work ethic. THANK YOU HOT SPRINGS TEAM! Please note that that the only reason I rated Ease of water care, energy efficiency and value 'good' is because I would actually need more time to honestly assess those ratings.
