This is our third Hotspring Spa over a span of 25 years. They just get better and better. If anyone would consider a new spa, look no further than getting a Hotspring Spa. You will not be disappointed.

Jetsetter NXT is the perfect size spa for the two of us. It takes up little space on our patio. We look forward to enjoying this for many many years. It makes our retirement life complete. Quality is what matters in our decision to go with Hotspring, and Hotspring is quality!

Stress reliever and pure joy to relax in

We purchased our 2016 Jetsetter NXT 3 months ago and what a pure joy it is to get into after a hard days work. My wife and I are now able to escape to our hot tub after a stressful day at the office, which gives us peace of mind and total relaxation. We had another hot tub from a different manufacturer prior to this purchase. Our previous hot tub caused us consistent stress in maintaining the correct water chemistry and wondering which part was going to malfunction next. The water in the Jetsetter NXT is extremely easy to maintain and we have not had one single issue with this hot tub. I highly recommend any brand of Hot Springs Hot Tub. The employees that I had the pleasure to deal with during the purchase and set up of the Jetsetter NXT were top notch.

Having a limited space and a empty nest, the Jetsetter was the perfect size for us. I went with the NXT model and opted for all the upgrades I could get. My biggest disappointment is just one jet speed. It's either high speed or off. The high speed doesn't allow for normal conversation or the ability to listen to the music system without turning it up. My recommendation for the NXT model would be to have a two speed pump.

Becoming a Hot tubber

We were not certain if the Jetsetter would be the right tub for us, but it turned out to be perfect. We still get enough variety of jets and positions and the smaller size allows us to hold ourselves up better in the spa to get the right spots. We love the size and the efficiency of the smaller tub. We are very happy with our decision.

Best thing I have gotten! I had major surgery on my neck and am in constant pain for over five years. Just got my hot tub but already feel better.
Service was great. They brought it in did the setup and explained the operations to me. In only a couple of hours I was soaking in hot water!
I researched a lot of brands but hot springs really stood out. You can't go wrong with this tub.

The Hot Tub Store of Santa Rosa, CA had several HotSpring spas with water and operating. We were able to try all types of jets and seating. Our sales person, Justin Borton, is extremely helpful and knowledgable. All the sales people were really helpful. The Jetsetter NXT is the perfect tub for us, and relaxing in warm water while looking at the Milky Way is amazing. A wonderful experience that only gets better with use.

The original circulation pump lasted several years but the replacements only last 1 to 2 years . We are on number 5 now. Pain in the neck!

Did a lot of research and looked at several spas and kept coming back to the quality and design of the Jetsetter NXT. Bought it without the ACE and we really love it.
