Took years to decide to purchase a hot tub. By far best decision and purchase experience ever. Don't over think it and don't be afraid of the care involved as there is very little to scare you away. Simply relax and enjoy!

Just got the spa and love it

This is our third spa and by far the best ever. Very comfortable and easy to maintain. First few days a few quirks to stabilize the water. Just one issue that we want some help with. We are not tall people and the Moto-Massage is amazing but we sit too low so the jets don't get the lower back. Wondered if there is 'booster pillow' available?

They refuse to honor the warranty. Our customer info is suddenly not in their computer. My wife went to the dealer, he was rude, talked down to her and said he wouldn't help us. Technician told us there are no parts available to fix the tub. He replaced a motor several months ago and it leaked. Shrugged his shoulders , can't help. MaTub has not worked for six months.

While we love our salt water system hot tub, the water care maintenance is allot more than we were led to believe by the salesman. Don't get me wrong, we would have still bought it but the perception was that there was little to no maintenance when in fact, there is stuff to do every week.

This is the perfect hot tub for 1-2 ppl, maybe even a third with good enough space still. The lounge chair and moto massage are amazing. I use this tub daily unless it’s raining. Amazing purchase that was completely worth it.

We bought our spa in at the Iowa State fair, and the Customer Service has been absolutely rotten ever since! They have not given us any direction on how to use it, and when I finally insisted on direction, I got three different stories, and nobody will call me back. This spa is literally creating rust bubbles… Worst experience ever!
