The Jetsetter LX has three seats, each with a different focus. I use all three each time I use the spa to get the full experience. I like that the pressure for each of the seats is customizable independent of one another.
The salt water system is brilliant, no smelling like chlorine after using the spa. Ongoing maintenance is simple and straightforward.
I'm very happy with the decision to go with the Jettersetter LX.

A bit confusing

Our installation was delayed due to Hurricane Ian reconstruction, so we did not get sufficient instructions on operations. We have now reached out and customer service is responding. The spa looks beautiful and I'm sure we will enjoy for years to come

This is the first time i've added a saltwater package to a spa and so far i'm enjoying it. I never thought I would complain about the intensity of the jets but I almost need these jets to be able to turn down a bit lower. When jets are on and because it's salt, I tend to float right up to the surface and it's hard to stay down In the seats! Other than that minor inconvenience I like this spa so far!

Very nice, gets my kinks out . I had been experiencing pain in my knees and right shoulder. I take about one hour in the tub . Get in at about 100 degrees and turn it up to 104 I spend about 7 minutes in each chair . Resting after the fourth chair. .cooling off . Then again at the higher temperature, when I get out I feel like all my aches nd pains have melted away . I spend another 15 minutes wiping it down and closing it up. My body temperature remains high for another 40 minutes so I stretch and relax outside after , even when it’s 30 degrees outside. The tub is made for three , but I prefer to go alone . Rey nice

The investment in my spa was an investment in myself! My spa is the easiest way for my to nurture my mind with relaxation and a necessity for my body as my job is physically demanding. I am so grateful for my spa!

We have had several brands of spas over the years. This is our first HotSpring. We absolutely love this spa. Easy to use and even easier to maintain. Dealer has been exceptional as well. Glad to leave a positive review.

Fresh Water Salt System

It takes a little time getting the water adjusted. Hardness salt level and P H. After you get these items done the spa pretty much takes care of itself. I use my spa daily. I have had to add a touch of clorine to shock it a couple of times. My cartridge is still working after six months. The spa water is soft and does not have that heavy clorine odor. I am glad I got the salt water system.

Our First Salt Water Spa

We had a Hot Springs Spa for 20 yrs before it finally quit. It was not salt water. Our new one the salt water is amazing on your body- it is so soothing. My husband and I are the only ones in our household, so we opted for a smaller 3 person . HOWEVER, IT MAKES TOO MUCH FOAM and we haven't figured out way to eliminate it. At times the water looks really murky. Still, I try to use every day as I am active in sports and this surely soothes my muscles.

Whether it is after playing tennis, taking a hike or just a long day, our HotSpring tub is the right answer! This is our 2nd Jetsetter LX because we moved and just had to have another one. To our surprise, it had more jets added and boy are they all in the right places!
I never want o be without my Hot Springs tub!

I've always enjoyed soaking in an hot tub but it wasn't until I actually owned my own spa did I get to truly appreciate how nice it is to use whenever I wanted. Definitely worth the investment.

We've had HotSpring Hot tubs for years and wouldn't go with any other brand.
We paid for delivery and set up and all we really got was delivery. We were not told that set up only included installing 1/2 of the cover. Upon delivery They did not hook up electrical wire to the breaker box (we currently have an outlet set up for the hot tub), did not install the cover, did not level the tub, did not install the electrical box that comes with it' nor the electrical panel and there are clips missing and the panel is not stable. The equipment access panel is falling off due to missing or broken clips and poor installation. We paid $399.00 for delivery and set up, so what did that include??? We called Recreational Warehouse to explain, and they said we were on our own getting the electrical wire and breaker box hooked up. That it would cost us an additional $ to have that done or we could hire an electrician. A month later when we finally found an electrician that could do it, we paid another $480.00 to have it done. My husband has installed half of the straps for the cover, the other 2 remain dangling because he has a bad back and it's a bad position for him.
I can't rate the Energy Efficiency above because we haven't had it long enough to determine that, but our past experience is they are fine.
The Comfort rating is a 4 only because the area of the hot tub that is in the lounge position is hard to sit in when the full jets are on because it's so powerful that you have to hold on and there's really no place to hold on except having another person across from you to "hold you in place", or the one hand grip under the water. We believe some kind of "grab bar" would have been a good solution on both sides.
Other than all of that said, were glad to finally be able to use it. Both with very bad backs and this helps.

I love my new Jetsetter LX spa

I previously had a HotSpring Jetsetter 3 person spa that I bought in 1999. I loved it so much, and that is the reason I wanted another HotSpring spa. My older spa still worked just fine, but as I got older, I wanted more jets to help with my shoulders, legs and back. The 3 person Jetsetter is perfect for me or when my kids come over. I looked at other brands of spas, but none had the great quality and beautiful looks as the HotSpring spas. This new Jetsetter has all the bells and whistles with a ton of jets to work on any part of my body. If you get a HotSpring spa, you won't be sorry!
