Great Spa

Love our Spa. If you get sore muscles or back from doing whatever, nothing will soothe you more than time in the spa. Also, if you get a chill from the weather, it will warm you up almost immediately. And, Hot Springs are the best! We had our last one 20 years and when we moved our buyers wanted the spa included in our sale. After 20 yrs it was still working great.

Miss the old Jetsetter!

We are enjoying having a hot tub again, but truly miss our '07 Jetsetter. Several jets were much more powerful, both the seat with rotating jet heads at the upper back and the single foot jet of the previous model were wonderful at releasing tight muscles and are greatly missed!!
The modern shell design is nice, but we would quickly swap that for a more therapeutic jet experience.
Our dealer is great but we wish Hot Spring was responsive to customer feedback!
We enjoy the energy efficiency and the quality of the Hot Spring tub but feel like this model is more for show than therapeutic enjoyment.

Absolutely love my new hot tub it’s comfortable to sit in helps the body with the aches and pains and I feel revived every time I sit in it!! my husband has a lot of back problems and it is what keeps him going every day! I have had hot tubs most of my life really love the salt water system for the ease of care and also easier on the skin!! Gets my body moving every morning with my morning coffee, and devotion!!

I did a lot of studying and comparing brands before purchasing! I felt Hot Springs was by far the best! I could not have been happier with Katelyn, my salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns! My installation group was awesome as well! My only disappointment would be that a hot tub in this price range should come with a water feature and all control values should be backlit (Jetsetter LX).

This is the 4th Hotsprings Jetsetter I’ve owned! Their brand-new design is Awesome! New jets where you need them, and the 3 extra inches in size makes all the difference!
Shout out to Hotsprings Spa dealers OC Hot Springs Spa in San Juan Capistrano for great customer service and accessibility. They have my back and I’ve been a customer for many years now. Thanks, guys, I just love my beautiful new spa.

Great tub for small places and for only 2 people

It’s the most compact tub I have used and it has all the luxuries of a bigger tub in a smaller package for the more modern smaller back yards in more urban areas.
Filled weight is around 2000lbs so it can also be used on some balconies. I would recommend this for single people and couples who don’t have others over using the hot tub. If you have people over it really is a max of 3, if a 4th person joins it really feels crowded.

Touchscreen failed in first month
Hardwired fixed controls are better
Access to the equipment bay is horrible with a cover lifter
My 2004 Jetsetter was much better
It started leaking
I regret not fixing it and keeping it.

It’s great any time, I wake up at 4:00am in pain and my hot tub is my place to go! So warm and soothing it’s my meditation spot.
Before bed is awesome too.
