Tub seems to be built well. Moto-massage works well for back as well as foot massage.

To be able to soak & relax, while looking out, into the forest, while listening to early evening sounds, and maybe watch a beautiful sunset, all at the same time, is just magical. Its as though you're body and mind have been transported into the heavens above, for the most stimulating, yet relaxing experience.

Love my spa. It has helped my back conditions so much. Only flaw with it is the clips that hold the panel on that covers the spa mechanisms. The least touch to the panel and it comes off the clips.

Love our new hot tub!

This is our second HotSpring hot tub. When we moved, we bought another one because we found it to be a reliable brand--and we are amazed in the improvements in the new models. We just love our new hot tub--it feels like a spa day everyday at our house new!

It's easy to regret making an expensive purchase but we did the research and chose a HotSpring spa and it has not disappointed. We use it after our workouts and it has benefited greatly on many levels.

Still in the honeymoon phase, but the JetsetterLX is everything I was hoping for! My opinion is still forming on the salt system, but so far it seems to be easier to maintain than the normal bromine routine.
Check back in 3 or 4 years- hopefully this hot tub will hold up and last for years.

Perfect hot tub for my Carolina Room which I never used this room to sit in. Now I'm in there almost every day. So relaxing and it was a great addition to the house having it inside to use whenever we want regardless of time of day or weather.

I was in a lot of pain, Doctor asked me if I have a hot tub. I told him no. I thought about it and invested in one of the best decisions ever!
It's so soothing and relaxing, ready to hop in morning or night. It helps me feel better for hours!!

Second Hot Springs Spa I have owned and won’t buy any other brand. Really like the Jetsetter LX; although access without steps on the models prior to 2023 was convenient.

Salt receptacle noise

My Jet Setter LX has constant gurgling noise from the salt receptacle. I throw the breaker to turn off power to use tub. The constant noise is water torture.

We do enjoy the comfort of our new spa. The one thing that frustrates us is the salt water cartridge. They are easy to use however they expire to quickly and are very expensive.

Be aware that different model years are configured differently

We bought a demo which we didn’t realize was at least a year old. That was not the concern. The concern was that the jets are configured differently in the different years. We looked at the brochures for the new model and the tub we got was configured differently. Not pointing fingers, my fault, no one else’s. Probably should have waited and got the Jacuzzi J315 but … we didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, the Jetsetter lx is a great tub, just like the configuration of the new model year better.

Love the spa. Wish we had purchased it sooner. The moto massager broke after a few weeks, but was quickly fixed under warranty. Wish the jets had 2 speeds. Bought steps but I had to build a platform for the steps to help my wife with entering and exiting the spa. Overall very happy with the spa.
