Nice Tub with Mediocre Features

I expected more when I spent this much on a new spa. Where is the WiFi connection so I can remotely check the temperature and modify the lights, etc? Why only a single speed motor in 2022, it should be completely variable speed. Why can’t I turn down the overly bright LED logo light? It literally illuminates my basement living room at night! Why is it so hard to modify the colored LED lights through the control panel?
The spa does look beautiful and we love using it. I LOVE how easy the chemicals are compared to my old hot tub. The continuous cleaning motor is also a great idea.

As it turns out, we have a spa connection app just released, and It gives the spa owner WIFI remote access. Additionally, the logo light can be dimmed; I will email you the information needed to address these topics.

Nothing but problems!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems since I purchased this hot tub!!!! Been in the shop a minimum of 3 times… had several leaks , a faulty remote, replaced heater elements, it’s been back at the shop for last 4 months trying to find leaks !!!! The local dealer is doing everything to help … but manufacturing is offering no support… I’ve had nothing but problems since purchase!

After owning our first spa for 5 years, I developed a mild skin condition that the chlorine system aggravated . We switched to the new Freshwater Salt System and since it arrived, I haven’t had a single issue with my skin!

We have been avid hot tub users for over 40 years and have owned a variety of spas. We purchased our HotSpring spa 3 months ago and it is by far the best quality spa we have owned. We can relax and enjoy our outdoor environment without the disturbing noise caused by loud circulating pumps. The seating is comfortable and the variety of therapy jets really promote our enjoyment. The exterior is almost maintenance free and only occasionally requires wiping off. We have already noticed a reduction of our operating costs with our spa too. Quality is the main reason we love our new tub!

This one is just the right size and depth, It's so relaxing with the jets in the right places- just wish that the jets had 2 speeds. Very pleased with the cover which is easy to use and doesn't require a lot of strength.

Don't bother buying

We went way out of our way to get a Hot Springs Jetsetter LX with salt system and payed a premium price. It's now less than two years old, and outside the one year warranty period. The salt system has ceased working and the lighting system also went south. It's all on the one circuit board and not worth the price of fixing. I'd recommend purchasing a Bull Frog or some other unit.

The experience of preparing for the spa and electrical installation when very smooth. We appreciate the thoroughness of Olympic in making sure that we took all of the steps necessary to have a great experience.
The only challenge was the huge snowfall right before our spa was to be activated. Once we shoveled the snow off the spa and filled it, We really enjoyed our first dip in the tub. The wireless remote is a fabulous tool for us beginners.

This is the best spa that i have ever owned. Since all children are grown, I went with a smaller one. It is so user friendly. The salt system helps to keep the spa in chemical balance. It is the most efficient one too. I hardly notice an increase in electricity use. The jets are well placed and give such a great "massage". The best hydrotherapy in spa technology. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Spa is a vacation waiting for me whenever I have time to jump in. Love the many jets and the easy to lift cover. No more straining to get the lid on. So glad to know that Artesian is there for support for any questions or concerns. Setup was quick and the crew did a great job making sure to not add extra tracks on my lawn, appreciate that.

My wife and I absolutely love our HotSpring Jetsetter LX spa. It is energy efficient, well-built, stylish, easily maintained, and oh so much fun and enjoyable to use. Talk about whisking you away into a relaxing, soothing physical AND mental state! It's just the right size for 2-3 people and doesn't take up a lot of room. Our first spa was a HotSpring when we lived in PA just over twenty years ago. We loved using it in all four seasons. Now that we're in FL, we purchased a spa for here still love using it. It was a quality piece of equipment back then and it is still of the same quality and workmanship. Congratulations to the entire HotSpring family at every single level and job description for a job well done! We feel like you're all part of our family now!

Good product, but make sure you purchase it from a dealer that can help you. Local Palm Desert dealer (Outdoor Living Concepts) was not a good choice.
I have spent countless hours researching the information I need to balance water, and generally taking care of my spa.
If you're a newbie, like me, everything is more difficult. You will need someone that's knowledgeable to help you out.

This spa is the perfect combination of features and size for us.
I do wish there was the ability to program energy use by time of day to better coordinate with the 4-9 pm reduced usage program.

Overall, I would only give my spa a 3 as since I've owned it, the water has yet to be balanced. I bought a salt water system because I was assured it was easier to keep clean and less chemicals. We put in a dedicated water line for our spa that is softened water. We were told that was the best thing we could do for the care of our tub. I have been to my dealer no less than 4 times with water samples, given instructions on what to do to get the ph level down and I have yet to get it to balance. We got our tub in June of 2022 and have hardly used it because of concern over the water chemical levels. We are draining it for the second time and starting over with fresh water and will have to once again, do all the salt and chemicals. What a hassle! I just want to be able to use the tub when I want to. This was an upgrade from our last Hot Springs Jetsetter, which we loved. We hoped to enjoy our retirement and use our tub often, but that has not been the case.

water chemistry has nothing to do with quality

spas must be balanced weekly due to hot water and usage. you still have to use chemicals even if you have salt system. body chemistry and other elements can change that on regular basis. Also salt system must also be cleaned and spa should be trained every three months or sooner if the chemicals are out of sync. Also clean filters is a must as well if they are filthy then your chemicals may not be doing their job.
