This is the perfect size for me and my husband. We use the spa every morning to start our day and then again in the evening before dinner. Could not be happier with the spa and how it’s enhanced our lives.

This is our second HotSpring Spa. The first was when we lived in PA twenty-two years ago. We now own the same brand in FL. The spas are well-built, energy-efficient, quiet, and stylish. This manufacturer doesn't skimp on quality. Until you take a dip in one of their hot tubs, you won't begin to enjoy how relaxing, therapeutic, and fun it is! Our friends and family love it. My wife and I enjoy the relaxing, quiet times being in the spa affords us. "Thank You" to all of the workers at HotSpring at every level for the wonderful product you created and the efficiency with which you delivered it to our door and set it up. Also a shout out to Tampa Bay Spas for explaining the differences in their well-stocked showroom, promptly delivering our spa, setting it up, and explaining the workings of it and answering all of my questions. Dave, at that location, is always available for any advice and questions after the sale. The entire process made me, yet again, confident with our purchase.

Low Setting Needed on Jets, Disappointed That High is Only Option

Our Jetsetter LX jets only have one speed, high. It is too strong for comfort and a big disappointment that there is not a low speed option. For the money we invested we want a more gentle option. My wife cannot use the jets, I can only tolerate a short time, even when adjusting the available controls. Some of the larger models have a two speed jet control. The low speed jet setting should have been included on our model too. The manufacture should offer a retrofit to fix this shortcoming on their top of the line offering.

I was skeptical of the Saltwater system, but the spa really does take care of itself. Then again, this is my second spa so we know how not to upset the chemical makeup of the water.
In hind sight, I should have gotten a slightly larger unit although this does fit 2 adults well.

I also want to give a big shout out to the regional rep Vicky. She was a wealth of information and helped smooth out issues with the local distributor.

We have a long and narrow backyard with a great ocean view. California Home Spas was a great resource in helping find the right tub. Their service before, during and after the sale has been outstanding

After a year fighting my new spa from a different manufacturer, trying to keep it clean was a lost cause. No matter what I did and how much I spent on it the spa would not stay clean. I have owned a spa since 2006 with no problems. My dealer took the spa back and gave me the new Jetsetter LX and it is perfect. Thank you Bill S

We like the size and jet versatility for the 2 of us. Our only complaint is how noisy the jets are when running. Takes away the peace and quiet while relaxing.

So glad we made this purchase and treated ourselves! We get in it every morning it really is a great start to the day ! I have arthritis and my husband is newly diagnosed diabetic and it’s so good for our circulation and of course comfort! It’s amazing! And the salesperson was also ! And if we ever have any questions we just call and they’re very helpful!

Jets are okay. Expected more comfort and direct jets to lower back in a more relaxed state. You have to sit up and apply pressure in order to experience direct jet message. Water is easily treated & hardly make any adjustments after 3 months. Heater is exceptional! Overall: expected more jet message action than actual. For example: Legs, jets only come up from below. Legs should be cradled and curved jet action around much of calf/knees/thighs would help my situation.

I Love it. I had to wait 3 months for it but it was worth the wait. Each 4 seating locations have has been thoughtout very well with the jets placement. My usual routine is starting at one location then switching clockwise. This gets me a full back massage.

This is my third Hot Springs Jetsetter spa and they just keep getting better! Tried the saltwater system but went back to ozone/silver sanitation for low cost, dependablity and long term water chemical endurance and stability. Had trouble keeping the salt system within range.
My only objection is the cost shot up to $14k! I think I started at $6k but that was twenty years ago. Satisfied, highly recommend Hot Springs products and the dealers have just been great.

Very Happy With Our New Hot Tub

My wife and I like everything about our new hot tub. It is so relaxing and enjoyable to use. The jets are easy to adjust. The cover lift mechanism is extremely easy to use. We should have upgraded years ago!

My wife and I love it. It’s just perfect for two. I wouldn’t want anything bigger. The lights in the tub and around the tub are awesome. Salt water is the way to go. The thing I wish Hot Springs would do is a “Step by Step” manual or video on first time buyers/users. It can be very confusing. The U Tube instructions are not that great. Luckily I bought my TUB from Mainely Tub in Scarborough Maine. They are the best in customer service. Made the experience easy.

We are very happy with our purchase and pleased with the quality and performance. The only complaint I have is the documentation it is my opinion that the documentation should only cover the hot tub that you purchased and how you intend to install it. Consolidating paperwork is good for the manufacture but confusing to the customer
