Everybody should have one!

What a luxury. Very high quality, great performance and ease of operation. The construction is bulletproof; We chose the Highlife series largely for the solid ABS base tray and wood-free inner structure. The jets can be very powerful and are well placed, and the seats are very comfortable. Almost three months in and the water is crystal clear and very soft feeling. I’ve never had to add chlorine except at the initial fill-up, just occasionally adjust the salt cell output. The new style cover is much more modern and stylish than the typical vinyl ones. This machine has transformed my quality of life; every soak is pure bliss. We’ve been in it in 20 degree weather with no loss of water temp. I should also mention that our dealer is awesome!
The only slight negatives are that only one of the two pumps has low speed, the Freshwater IQ is finicky, the Wi-Fi kit is expensive and does not tell the app the Freshwater IQ info (chlorine,ph, etc.), nor can salt cell adjustments be made via the app, but the IQ system is still new and I expect these shortcomings will eventually be addressed. Lastly, there seems to have been issues with the jet selector valve for the seats where the manual says it should be full left or full right, but if you do that then not everyone can have jets when all seats are occupied.
Overall, STRONGLY recommend HotSpring!!

The experience with Hot Springs in Orange Park, FL has been AMAZING! From the purchase with LiLi to the setup with Kyle it's been a GREAT EXPERIENCE! AND, to top it all off, our Aria spa is equally AMAZING! Care is also simple as it just displayed for me to add two cups of salt and run the jets for 10 mins. You won't go wrong purchasing a Hot Springs Spa/Hot Tub.

The spa has all the features that I could dream of and more. I like the spinning jets on my lower back and the loungers for the rest. I especially enjoy it in the morning to wake up my joints and in the evening to relax at the end of the day. Very happy that I made the decision to buy a Hot Springs spa.

Our new Hotspring Aria is perfect for nighttime soaks and relaxation. We love the light ambiance as we change the colors to suit our mood, generally based off of our favorite sports teams. Adjusting the jets for relaxation or a good message. Love the ease of night use with the cover and step, helping add ease of use.

I wanted a spa for years but my husband wasn't sure. we got our first one years ago and has been the best item ever. My husband loves it a lot more than I do. It is a winter must for us. We just purchased our third spa and they just get better and better. the ease of keeping this one ready to go is so easy. Thank you for doing what you do.

The massager in this hot tub is out of this world amazing. It has jets hitting every pressure point in your body like something we have never experienced before in hot tubs. Highly recommend this hot tub.

No one supports their product better than Hot Springs. I have owned three Classics, one Prodigy, one Soverign, and one Aria. I have had few problems and enjoyed them all -- especially the Classics. The Aria is the most maintenance free spa of the bunch. With the Salt System, you could stabilize this thing and not look at it for three months without concern. You spend extra with a Hot Springs but you get a lot for the little extra cash -- especially the support and service from Watkincs.

Really enjoying our new Hot Springs, Aria spa. I'm using it twice daily for post-surgery therapy. Love the warmth and jet action in the tub. The area turned out better than planned at our home and I'm looking forward to long term use of the spa.

Second Hot Springs I’ve owned. This one is so much easier to care for with the saltwater system. No chemicals to added constantly.
We use it 3 to 4 times a weeks after workouts and golf. It’s truly amazing for sore muscles and pains!

NICE LOOKING BUT THE CONTROLS DONT WORK LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. HAD SPA FOR 5 MONTHS NOW AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN AN SERVICE TECH.COULD HAVE BOUGHT A CHEAPER BRAND IF I KNEW WE'D BE CHECKING IT THE OLD WAY WITH STRIPS. THOUGHT ABOUT HAVING A POOL PUT IN BUT IT WOULD BE THE SAME SERVICE TECH.

Got a 2024 Aria delivered in March. I can't say enough good things about it. It is so relaxing and easy to maintain. I previously owned a spa but this one is the best I ever had. Built well and am looking for many years of enjoyment. Also have the Coolzone and it is perfect for Arizona. Now I can be warm in the winter and cool off in the summer

We have the Aria and use it on an almost daily basis. My back is in constant pain from a Marine Corps injury and the only relief I get is turning the heat up and soaking in this hot tub. The massaging jets going up and down my spine help loosen all the knots and constant pain. I love it and can't imagine not having it now after using it 5-7 days a week for the past 3 months.
