Initially had some issues but my Dallas dealer took care of it, exceeding expectations. It was frustrating at times but they stood by the product like an A+ company should! No push back, they took ownership and made everything perfect.

I have wanted a spa for well over 10 years, so when I finally made the decision to purchase, I knew I wanted the best. My spa has proven to be just that. Excellent construction, easy to care for and so comfortable. I’m in it almost nightly, and now that the weather is getting warmer I am looking forward to cooling the spa down and using it to beat the heat. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Hot Springs spa like 18 years ago, I use it almost every day. I have few problems with mechanical issues, and I take good care of my hot tube. When I need to get a new spa, I will definitely buy a Hot Springs spa. I like the Capitol Area Spa store in northern VA, they are very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Disappointing in retaining heat.

This was a replacement hot tub, both 240V. In our previous hot tub, if we removed the top and got in it, in the dead of winter, it would stay so hot that we would have to get out after a few minutes (15 to 20).
This Hot Spring spa begins losing it's heat the instant the lid is removed and within 5 minutes is just not able to keep the temperature up. It is hardly worth the effort of taking the lid off.
If I had known then what I know now, I would have just repaired the old one.
I regret the purchase and would not recommend the line or the company.

Great spa, but with quality control issues

I really love using my spa. It uses less electricity than I’d thought, the jets are strong, and it is really comfortable.
However, I’ve had some issues with defects. My touchpad went dead after 4 months of use. My local dealer changed it out immediately—so still happy.
A month after that, one of the foot jets broke, and a few weeks after that, the other foot jet broke in the same way. The dealer is replacing them too—happy but a little worried at this point.
Then, this week we had a windy day, and one of the straps that holds the cover to the tub broke. The stitches that connect the strap to the cover just pulled out. The dealer said that this is not covered since it’s weather related. Note, this was not a named storm, just a very windy day. It seems that they should state that the tub is not appropriate for a wind exposed location!
Anyway, I really enjoy using the tub, but the quality of the parts concerns me, especially for a high end spa.

Tub Leaked from the day is was delivered

The tub started leaking immediately and after the repair team came out 7 times to fix it, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. Great! I had to drain the tub and it has been two months without use. Texas really only has 3 months of cold weather so this year is pretty much gone. I'm waiting to hear of a delivery date as I write this,
Loved the tub, everyone has been great to work with but I'm very disappointed that I have to wait such a long time for a replacement,

Spa is absolutely fantastic! Sore muscles, aches and pains, comfort and cleanliness a plus....Only issue is the ACE Saltwater system icon has disappeared from the remote leaving my water care salt system offline. I've re-paired the remote, removed battery, replaced the remote, emptied and re-filled the hot tub with perfect water testing levels but still no salt icon on the remote. It was fine for 7 months and now this seemingly unfixable issue. Getting service after scheduled valet appointments not easy. Cant even talk to a service rep directly at local dealer due to high # of calls. Have to leave message and hope to get a call back. They are available for Sales! Might be an isolated issue, and again the Spa is amazing, just stuck with issue that causing me to check levels and add more costly chemicals daily without proper system functions. Thank you!

Having to have the entire spa replaced because it has leaked underneath the spa since the day it was installed. When you purchase a spa that is supposed to be the top-of-the-line with a matching price tag, you expect better! Where we purchased the spa from has been fantastic to deal with. Super therapeutic! Use it for rheumatoid arthritis and simple relaxation. Love my salt water spa! Perfect sized tub and strength, jets in the right places, couple of the seats weak, but the 2 powerful seats just about make up for it. Absolutely needs a captains seat style in the corner with armrests or grab handles in those powerful seats (corner & lounger) to take full advantage. I did not want the next larger tub for 2 of us…

Overall very pleased with spa. We have enjoyed now for 4 months with family and friends. The comfort is good with some jet understanding and several attempts you can adjust these but trial and error is not the way a person should have to learn in the process. I have worked on the water care but still am not proficient enough to be comfortable with the salt system. My local dealer does have water testing but doesn't seem to be a favorite when you come in to test. The cost of the tub is somewhat overpriced considering the market i would say bare minimum of 20% high but i paid it so no remorse just observation.

First spa delivered was a lemon. After numerous service visits to fix leaks at jet fittings (cutting holes and removing insulation etc), dealer (Pool World) offered to replace with new spa. We kept original spa after finally fixing leaks, until the new spa arrived. Replacement spa works perfectly. We are thankful we purchased a "Hot Spring" from Pool World rather than a bargain brand with no service, since we live in a small rural community 40+ miles from the nearest dealer.

This is our first salt water spa, and we love it. The water feels and smells wonderful with no residual on the skin. Our Aria model has critical therapy jets in every seat location, and has become part of our daily self-care practice. I've noticed a difference in arthritic joints. and sore muscles since I've been using the spa daily. I hope to never be without it.

Buyer be aware! We've had this hot tub for 4 years and have had 4 service request for leaks. This is unacceptable for a hot tub that costs over $15k. Once we're out of the 5 year warranty, the repair cost will be on us. We're already out $500 ($100 for each service request) and the cost will only go up from there. Totally regretting this purchase and will never recommend Hot Springs tubs to anyone.

I have only had the hot tub for 10 days and the repair service has been here 4 times to fix the leak. Each time i need to drain and then refill. The leak is still there so I'll call and hopefully they come out and find and fix it again. This will now be the 5th time they have been here and the 5th time to drain it. This was an expensive hot tub but that is not reflected in the quality of the one I purhased. I had a Caldara for 10 years and never had 1 leak. The sales person and service people are responsive and very nice to work with however, I'd really rather not have to see them every other day! Bottom line, very disappointed in the quality.

Mr. Fireplace is non-responsive and has yet to fix any of the issues with our Spa. Cover failed and fell into the spa, got soaked and broke the brackets. They charged us for a new2 cover but did not put the correct brackets so now we own a Hotspring spa that is unsafe for our family to use. The cover could slam down over the spa and cause personal injury. Sound system has never worked more than a month at a time. Service tech said they never work and advised us to use a portable radio instead. We are on our 2nd salt cell. We are missing two jet covers. All of this could be repaired by the right dealer in my opinion. Of course we wouldn't buy anything from Mr. Fireplace ever again. But how will Hotsdpring stand behind their product? I'm about ready to pull it out, paint it yellow and put it in front of my office on a busy highway with a lemon sign ot it. Lets see if some one steps up!!!
