From selection, to delivery, and install our spa has meet and exceeded our expectations. My only regret is that we should of gone with a bigger unit, however we had some space contraints.

Repairs made to brand new tub 1 week after install did not fix the issue. Turns out the tub has 2 or more leaks. Still losing 1/2" of water per day and concrete slab is soaked. Local service Mgr. is trying to escalate the issue with Watkins. In his words he'd like to see Watkins send a new tub to replace this one as the repairs needed could be extensive and should not have happened on a brand new tub. He however did not sound hopeful of this. I did not pay premium price and wait several months for a defective tub. I'd like Watkins to stand by their product and make this right. Extremely disappointed thus far in my Hot Springs/Watkins product but still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they are able to resolve the mistake in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Looked at every type of hot tub, every dealer, every brand and model and Hot Springs is the best! I use the Aria model every day or night and is absolutely a winner! TV outside and I’m all set! Of your thinking about or deciding between models, you can’t go wrong with this hot tub.

Although we love the spa, it’s made for large people once the water is in it and you’re seated. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone under 5’3-5’5 as it’s a little deep when seated in some of the seats. I also would have liked a list of products that I would need to maintain the water balance. It’s not like they said, just change the salt cartridge and clean the filters and you’re good to go. That’s not correct. Once people are in the spa you need to test for the alkalinity, the salt, chlorine, and PH balance. I would get a recommended list of supplies before the spa arrives. Also you will need to add water periodically so you either need soft water or a way to remove the minerals that can damage the spa. I found the Hot Tub lady to watch and learn how to care for my spa.

First, I’m not sure of energy usage/efficiency. Too many concurrent variables to discern.
Spa delivers has strong jets that serve us therapeutically. This is the reason we chose this spa and it is fulfilling its purpose well. Good controls over all aspects of the hot tub. The floating control panel is nicer than I thought it would. Most cleaning is easily turned on and readily checked. The weekly or ten day cycle is starting to feel familiar and pretty straightforward. The after use self cleaning is rather nice.
The salt system is great! It’s my first spa with this and I like it very much. My skin feels soft and natural
Size is roomy but I wouldn’t put more than four in mine at a time.
I’d get it again.

Amazing! We have had the tub for about a month and found ourselves in it daily. It has improved our quality of life in so many ways. Mainly we have fewer aches and pains and we sleep well after a good soak. It gives us so much relief to soak daily. The combination of lounge with shiatsu and high quality chair is perfect and there’s still room for more people when we have company. Love love love the salt system, too. We opted for the easy lift cover and that is also a game changer. No strain lifting! Couldn’t be more happy with this purchase.

We love our Aria! It has greatly eased my arthritis pain. My husband suffered a neck injury resulting from a motorcycle accident and the moto massage along with the neck massaging seat has greatly decreased his pain!
We love this spa, it’s beautiful and therapeutic. We are happy we chose a salt water spa! No chemical odors & this spa stays so clean, beautiful and refreshing!!
Expensive but well worth it! After 4 months of research, we choose a hot spring spa from their highlife series & it surpasses everything else we looked at as well as anything we have previously owned. Terrific purchase, we absolutely made a great purchase for our family! Thank You Hot Spring for a superb spa experience!

The hot tub helps relieve some of the lower back pain that I have. If you are of short stature, sitting on the seat would be difficult as the seating is much deeper than the previous Hot Springs model we had. It was considerably more money than we were planning on spending but unfortunately the pandemic and living in the Pacific Northwest did not help with cost. Our sales rep has been great - even though we have already completed the purchase, she is still willing to answer questions so customer support continues, thanks Cynthia at Oregon Hot Tubs in Vancouver Washington!

After a 9-month wait, we took delivery of our highlife Aria, and it has been fantastic. All of the jets are well thought out, and I really love the Motomassage feature of this spa. It feels like it is well built and very durable, and I'm hoping that it will last me for at least 20 years. I'm really glad that I splurged for a higher-end model because you can definitely tell that it has good build quality. I have had a little bit of issues getting my water chemistry down, but that's just because I'm an inexperienced owner. My dealer has been helping me out, because I have been having issues with a mustard colored brownish line forming around the water line almost immediately after filling it. They believe that I have iron deposits in my water, and the oxidizer is causing it to leave residue. Other than that, I feel like once I get my water chemistry figured out and have a routine, this will be a very low maintenance spa. Warranty has also been really easy to deal with, as our spa came with a cracked corner, and the dealer said that it would be covered at no charge to me and they would be out soon to replace it.

We purchased 2 tubs, delivered in Nov. 2021.Both tubs are faulty. 1st tub required 3 different salt modules to get tub to run correctly. 2nd tub remains faulty, shuts down because of filters, requiring rotating filters wkly to operate. Also, water has to be bailed wkly and refilled because error code says to much salt. Discussed with quality

Electrical Problems… so many electrical problems
FrustratedinNorthernMichigan
from Kalkaska, MI
Age:35-44

When we first got this hot tub, we loved it… and then the power went out in our area. No problem, right? Wrong. When the power came back on, the hot tub tripped the breakers so there was no power to the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub is at our cottage and it was winter time. As you can imagine, this was a problem. A water line froze and split, and then it got warmer out. It then thawed out and the hot tub drained. Quite a surprise when we arrived there the next weekend. We’ve had this same issue with the hot tub tripping the breakers over and over. The dealer was terrible, and eventually the HotSprings contract went to a different dealer in northern Michigan. They tried to help, but here we are again. We arrived at the house yesterday (heavy winds knocked out the power a couple weeks ago) and the hot tub was empty with tripped breakers (both heater and pump breakers). The hot tub is still under warranty. The tub needs to be replaced. No one can figure out what’s happening with it, and I am out of patience. We even went as far as having the breakers replaced before this winter started just in case it was an electrical issue in the electrical panel. Nope. It’s a problem with the hot tub but no one wants to take ownership of the issue. This thing was $14,000 and it was, by far, the worst “investment” we’ve ever made. We have a lemon, and we need our hot tub replaced.
