The spa is perfect! Hits all the spots. I am in the spa at least once each day usually more. You pay more for the spa especially when you go to a reputable dealer. However, the return you get is second to none. delivery and setup is well coordinated between spa folks and your electrician. I used one of the ones Hughes recommended because they know exactly what is required. if I have a question concerning maintenance, I call Lori and she has the answers. I take a spa sample in to get tested and know exactly what I need. Now that I am six months into it. I have refilled the spa after I purged and cleaned.

Bought the aria and loved it until I had a leak (which appears to be covered under warranty). However, the local Hot Springs company from where I purchased the tub can not repair this problem on site and have to bring the tub in to their shop to repair it. I was told this may not happen until Spring due to staffing. So, in meantime, I have to top the water off 2x a week to keep tub running and considering the water source near it is off for winter, a royal pain. The other alternative is to empty it and not use it. Considering the cost I paid for the tub...not exactly why I bought it. Definitely consider having more then one repair shop option when buying or you could find yourself with an out of commission expensive tub.

Traded my Vanguard in towards the Aria and......

I am NOT disappointed. The jets on the Aria hit all the right spots, and works wonders on the shoulder I had surgery on six weeks ago. Much easier to take care of than the Vanguard was. I had the Blutooth speakers installed in it and enjoy listening to music while I soak. I also very much like the waterproof wireless control panel. Makes it much easier to control the functions from the tub.

During the pandemic, we decided to create our own backyard oasis. Ordered in February 2021 and delivered August 2021. After 3 months, I can say this was a fantastic purchase. Never slept better and love the reconnection family time at the end of the day. Massage jets help with health concerns (circulation challenges) and ease sore muscles. Easy water care and super quiet, our Aria is now a part of daily life. Excellent product and highly recommend.

Possible defective manufacturing

I purchased a 2015 Aria which worked well until just after the warranty expired in 5 years. The tub then began leaking from below, requiring me to send it back to the dealer with no guarantee it could be fixed. I was given a similar tub from the dealer in exchange, and it too developed a leak from below that once again will require return to the dealer to see if it could be fixed.This is twice now, within a few months, that my five and a half year old expensive tub had to be sent back to the dealer, at substantial cost to me, for a very similar leak that according to Watkins "is very rare". I think there is a manufacturing defect with this tub that the company is not disclosing.

This was far more expensive than what we had envisioned when we walked in the door to shop for one but it was money well spent with no regrets. In only a weeks time we have both noticed an increase in endurance flexibility and lessened pain in muscles and joints and our sleep is vastly improved. The guys that brought it were so very nice as well and very thorough. We couldn't be happier and absolutely love our hot tub!!

This hot tub is amazing! Probably the best investment of my entire adult life! It has made working easier, parenting easier and life better. The only thing I’d change is one more side of foot jets( there are two jets on one side.). This tub will target every major muscle group if you’re willing to move around to find the right spots. It’s a therapeutic tub more than a party tub. I thought I wouldn’t enjoy it as much as a sauna but I’m very glad to have made this purchase first.

Living in the northeast I use the spa year round. It’s the perfect way to relax after a workout. Aria spa is great because each seat massages a different set of muscles. Love it.

Happy but Water Care Challenges

We are happy with our purchase of the Aria tub. We were not given any training on water care or filter care when we received our tub. We did refer to the manuals and contact the dealer, but it was frustrating trying to learn how to care for the water and filers essentially on our own. We did not expect to have to wash filters so frequently. There is a lot of daily/weekly maintenance on multiple fronts.

This has been the smartest purchase. I have multiple back problems that cause constant pain from my back to my feet. There is nothing to help relieve the pain and tension like I get from being able to be in our Hot Tub. It has saved my way of life.

I have owned Hot Spring and other brands before. When it came time for this purchase, I went to Hot Spring first and bought the Aria. Delivery service was great and I could not be happier with the hot tub. I would highly recommend the Aria and any Hot Spring tub.

This has been the best investment we bought in spring of 2019. We also purchased it with the compressor so our temps can be between 65 - 104 degrees, making it a year round spa!
We love it so much when we moved we brought it with us and first thing to be hooked up, as you need this spa before during and after any move.

I have had this hot tub for a little over 1 year. I use it 5-6 days per week. It is an excellent product and would highly recommend it to anyone. I absolutely love it and for those with muscle and joint pain like me, it helps tremendously. It is easy to maintain and care for. My recommendation to those considering the purchase of a spa-----Don't wait like I did BUY IT NOW.

Second Hot Springs Spa

I had my first Hot Springs Spa for 27 years, it was a Highlife model and it was still working. When I remodeled my deck I decided it was time to upgrade my spa. I was so pleased with this spa, my only choice was to purchase another Hot Springs Spa. This time i purchased an Aria from the Highlife line. It has about four times as many jets as my first spa that I had purchased in 1991 and I'm really enjoying the extra stimulation. This model has the salt system for sanitation and it makes taking care of the chlorine level much easier, so very pleased with the salt system! I have always been impressed with the quality of their spas.

This is a very nice high quality spa as it should be considering the price tag. These spas require custom electrical work which added another $2,000 to the overall price. It really fits four, not five, adults.
Since I purchased the spa about one year ago I have been unable to get the salt water addition. The dealer told me it could not be obtained from Hot Spring because of COVID.

The hot tub had lived up to its reputation and is top quality. From sales staff to service always came through when needed. I had some water quality issues caused by using well water. The service to help me correct the problem caused by me. I should have followed the advice to use my municipal water and I was trying to save money.
