We LOVE our Aria Hot Spring Spa-Worth Every Penny!

It's our first hot tub, and we did a ton of research and found Hot Spring had the best service, product and value in Southern Oregon. It's been over a year and we still use it every day. I find it easy to keep the water fresh and leveled and it's still a sparkling white interior with a gorgeous silver panel outside. The lounger is my favorite, but every seat gives a different level of massage for wellness and targeted spots after a long run or bike ride-or to de-stress from a busy workday. Highly recommend working with Dawna in Medford, Oregon. It's worth every penny!

This is one spectacular SPA. the salt system makes the maintenance almost non existent. Adding one teaspoon of balancer after each use is really all we need to keep the water clear and clean. Filter cleaning is super easy and the lights and jets adjustments cannot be any easier to do.

We love our Aria hot tub! The Moto jets are amazing and it looks so nice with all of the color led lights. It’s the perfect size for the 2 of us. Very easy to take care of and the salt water system is great!

This is our second Hot Springs Spa. Our first lasted 15 years and it is still operating in my neighbors yard. The new spa is amazing with the salt water system. Easiest spa to maintain that I have ever owned and the water is always crystal clear.Love it.

I purchased my Hot Springs Spa in December of 2020, a coworker had done some research when I mentioned I was in the market for a new spa he highly recommended going with a Hot Springs salt water spa. I could not be happier, the lounger is fantastic, the colors make is fun to set the atmosphere. It is super ease to maintain. I have notice no change to my electricity bill. If you are looking for the cheapest/low price spa Hot Springs is not it, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and my spa is absolutely worth every cent!! Because of the quality of insolation it take no time at all to heat up to the temp I want it if I plan to use it.

After settling in to our retirement home in the mountains of California, we decided we needed a hot tub to complete the experience. Hot Springs Spas was so helpful in finding just the right spa for us and our needs. They took time to listen to us; had us climb into a few to figure out the best fit for us; and arranged all the delivery and electrical installation for us. We couldn’t be happier with our hot tub! It is aesthetically pleasing and so relaxing! Nothing beats a relaxing soak in a bubbling, energy-efficient hot tub. Thank you, Hot Springs Spas!

I have fibromyalgia (chronic fatigue syndrome plus pain) and struggle with full-body pain on a regular basis. I was also in a serious car accident a couple of years ago which added two spine injuries and a hip injury to my list of woes. We had considered buying a hot tub for quite some time but never really committed to buying one. I reached out to The Hot Tub Store and did a test soak in numerous spas. That was how I decided on the Aria. The Moto Massage is incredible! Jets travel up and down both sides of my spine targeting the areas that need the most help. I am plagued with severe muscle spasms in both my back and legs. These have greatly reduced with the use of the Aria's special jets.
We have the Tri-x water filters and are on a well. I have had a bit of difficulty maintaining fresh water. The spa sometimes smells like chemicals but I may be adding chemicals incorrectly. We wanted the saltwater system, but were buying a swim spa too and wanted them on similar treatment systems. I'm kind of second guessing my decision to not buy the saltwater system now, but that is really my only complaint.
I use the spa primarily at night so I can relax and look at the stars before bed. With fibromyalgia my body naturally wakes itself when I reach REM (restorative sleep) which contributes to my full-body pain. I have found that I sleep better after taking a soak in my Aria and the result is greatly reduced pain. I am finally starting to feel like a normal human again! Three doctors said I could not have spent my money better than on my spa and now I KNOW they were right!

Great tub, mediocre customer experience

We've had our Aria for only a month, so it's too earlier to rate efficient or reliability. I can say it seems very well made, seating is comfortable, and jets are great.
The delivery guys showed up right on time, and were quick and efficient, but the cover lift was not mounted straight - mounting bracket are not even, side to side. It works okay, but isn't as smooth as it should be.
User training was brief - "Once you get power to it, fill it up and turn it on."
The wireless control was Dead-On-Arrival. Support walked me through resetting and re-pairing and got me going.
My biggest complaint - We have received no follow up from the dealer. No phone call, no email, nothing. Unfortunate, considering the premium price we paid.
But, after having it for a month, and using it several times a week, we are happy with the Aria.

Still trying to get water right

We’ve enjoyed using the hot tub since we got it. But we’ve had persistent problems trying to get the “freshwater” system to work. We followed the directions completely from our dealer and did test strips often and brought samples in. We weren’t able to get the water balanced, so the first salt cartridge was replaced. Not even a month later and now with green water we had to drain the tub and start over. We have to add chlorine so the water is clean now, but I feel mislead by the promise of the freshwater system. I cannot recommend hot spring at this time.

This is our third hot tub. Two out of three have been Hot Springs. We were so satisfied with our first Hot Springs hot tub that we didn’t even look anywhere else. We love what you produce, comfort and beauty!

I recently purchased a Highlife Aria hot tub from Hughes Pools and Spas in Montgomery, Al. Lori did an outstanding job selling the hot tub. The guys putting it in were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. The electrician used was awesome as well and the hot tub from beginning to end to about 3 hours from pulling up to actually testing. That included all electrical, and sound system. the cost of the hot tub was high. For the price of the hot tub I would think the company could give customers 2 complimentary robes to show appreciation. What you may not realize, if you did that, how much marketing could you get it as well as something besides a small rubber duck. the hot tub is excellent. I had a hot tub that worked fine for 15 years and still worked. just wanted an upgrade and things have changed in 15 years.

The spa is excellent, unfortunately we did not check out the water level before buying. Being a short person, the water was close to being over me head when siting down. I solved the problem by buying a seat. Now I have no problem. Love my spa.

Have owned the tub for 19 months. Service is here regularly. Salt system didn't work for a year. Pump was just replaced. Remote failed once, and I think it has failed again. I know this is a good quality tub, and I am an experienced hot tub owner (previous one was a Jacuzzi, that lasted me over 20 years with NO issues) so pretty sure I just have a lemon

Love our spa , had it since 2014 and we use it regularly. We are having a problem with our pumps right now and our dealer can not get the two cycle pump and want to install two single stage pumps. Not too happy about that and have not committed yet . How can i get these pumps on my own.

Into yr 7 of our Aria spa. We've thoroughly enjoyed it but question its durability. We're now going on our 3rd salt cell, have replaced 1 pump, and now need a new Moto Massage. The ACE system has been problematic from the get go, numerous low salt/ offline to high salt offline warning messages and we check the levels weekly.
What they've failed to mention is the salt cells life span is 2.5 years at best, and the replacement cost is > $800
Have decided to shut the system off completely and do everything manually.
