i absolutely love the spa and the ease to care for it!

My only thoughts are that Hotspring needs to allow customers to monitor their own spa with the app without a fee as we do with vehicles, cameras etc.

We have had our hot tub for one week and the whole family loves it! It is our first hot tub and we weren’t sure what to expect. The water care has been easy. We love the jets! The lights are fun at night. Very happy!

Though initially hesitant about installing a hot spring spa, we were continually reassured,
Guided and generally supported by the excellent team at Hotsprings Chepstow. After we
Chose our spa installation was quick, easy and surprisingly only mildly disruptive. With
Excellent after care and maintenance explanations. For the package you receive incredible value for money. We love our hotspring now and couldn't be without it.

As a previous Jacuzzi owner I can’t say enough good things about this spa! It’s so much easier to maintain it’s ridiculous!! I never would have recommended Jacuzzi to anyone but I can without a doubt recommend Hot Springs and specifically my Aria NXT!

Yes I have my groove back and comfortable

I retired in South Carolina and my decision was to purchase a home and have a hot tub off my bedroom I have a family called Elko Spas billiard pools hot tubs IM now one of their family I need a new ankle and this has made my body parts so much more comfortable and relaxing I thank them for taking the time and patience with me on every call and understanding learning this machine it's a whole different life and I'm Stella trying to get my groove back

This Hot Spring Spa is the best brand that I have owned yet! I have had two other brands from different homes and the quality of a Hot Spring Spa is far superior. The extra large water filtration system and the 24 hour re-circulation pump keep the water crystal clear, thus making water maintenance a breeze. From the jets, the modern style, the LED lights to the handheld remote you get the best spa experience!

My wife and I are enjoying our hot tub everyday. Megan Cox answered all of our questions about hot tubs and helped guide us toward the best tub for us to purchase. The tub was delivered quickly and we enjoyed it that night.

We replaced a 15 year old Hot Springs tub with this new one after we returned from our honeymoon. We are both in our 70s and thought this was a much better investment than the RV we were considering. We are in it every night and enjoy the relaxation and therapy these old bones need after a hard day's work. The grandkids love it too.

Relaxing!

I love coming home from a work out at the gym or after going for a run and then relaxing in my new hot tub. The Aria has a nice selection of seats with a variety of jets to relax different parts of your body. The lights are really cool too!

We previously owned a hot tub from a discount factory. Upgraded to a Hot Spring tub. Wow- so glad we did. Love the quality of this tub. We've had it for two weeks and we already love how it helps sore muscles and helps relax us in the evening. Leo from the Athens store was very knowledgeable and the buying process was seamless.
