Really can say more than wow. Meredith Volpe was the best walking through the initial set-up, the team who installed the hot tub was also first rate. Used it for the the first time yesterday after a 4 hour drive. It was great. Thanks to all at Ocean Spray Pool and Spas.

I purchased my 04 vanguard from a local dealer. To say its heavenly is a massive understatement. I’ve had two different brand spas in the past 12 months and they were both less than desirable. One died in about 3 months, the other was just plain junk. I did research and wanted something easy to use. I found this hot spring vanguard at the dealer and was blown away by the quality and affordability of it. You want the water hotter? Press a button. Cooler? Press a button. Lights? Press a button. No need for programming, no need to set a schedule. Plain and simple is what I love about it.
The filtration system with multiple filters is amazing. Helps cut down on the debris that enters the water and keeps the water clean. The pumps are quiet compared to other spas. Little things like cup holders spread out throughout the tub, the diverted for easy tuning. The best part is the spa is not ten feet tall so my short legs can reach over to get in.
I work a very physical and labor intensive job that has me there 50-60hrs a week and twenty minutes a day in this thing recharged my mind and body every time. Friends of mine who work in the medical field and an electrician also love it after a long day or week.
Hot Springs customer service? Where have you been all my life? The BEST as far as I’m concerned. If I had an issue they were more than willing to help and would help me over the phone as I did troubleshooting. They even checked back with me a few days later to make sure everything was ok!!! Now that is what customer service should be. I will never buy another brand spa again. Hot Spring has my business for life and my respect. Buy a Hot Spring spa. You will not be disappointed. A word of warning though. Be prepared to be blown away by their products and excellent customer service! THANK YOU!

I have had my Vanguard since October 2002 with only minor issues located outside in southern Wisconsin. It is easy to keep up with as far as maintenance and in16 years, we have had just three service calls which were quickly repaired. Maintenance is pretty quick & easy, although we don't use it very often during mid-summer but Fall, Spring & Winter are excellent. The "easy lift" cover is a great idea for one person operation.The coldest temp that I used it was -22°F, it was very comfortable, but the walk to it was "brisk". I am shopping for another unit just like this.

We had purchased a Vanguard NXT from Snake River on Eagle Rd. in Meridian. Johnny Broderick was best ever sales person he did not pressure me into a purchase and gave me all details that I needed to make the correct choice. I had originally went in with idea of purchasing one with lounge position seating but after hearing a few other people comment that you tend to float up from it especially in a salt system and after confirming this with Johnny I decided against it. I am glad I went with Vanguard NXT without lounger. The pool was easy to fill up and add salt and chemicals to get ACE Salt Care system up and working correctly. Johnny came by the house on his day off to go over the hot tub features and care with us. Johnny was really down to earth and will answer any questions that you have about your purchase. Johnny even takes the time to text you back with answers to any questions even on his day off. Top notch customer service. I have taken my water into the store a couple of times and they will always analyze it on the spot and give me the recommendations to make the water perfect. I doubt that any other manufacturer will give you the customer support that Johnny and Snake River have given to us. As their customer you also always get 20% off of their accessories and products that you need to keep your hot tub up and running smoothly. Couldn't have been happier with my purchase. You won't go wrong with Snake River Pool and Spa just ask for Johnny in Meridian he is the best.

My wife and I bought a home that had a 15 year old Vanguard. We used it at least 4 to 5 times a week. It finally needed to many small parts and we felt it was time to upgrade to a new spa. There was no question it would be a hot Springs spa. We did do our research and looked at the competition. They have some nice products but, I was really sold on the 100% filtration from Hot Springs.We ultimately purchased the Vanguard NXT and wish we had done so sooner. The upgrades are spectacular. A friend of ours has seen this and is looking to upgrade theirs as well. The dealer that we purchased from, SONCO, was the best and super knowledgeable. If you live in their area, stop in and see Mike or Vince and talk to them about a new spa. You won't be sorry.

I think the price is a bit shocking originally, but ultimately find that it is worth it for the quality and lifespan of the product compared to cheaper units/brands. I've owned the same spa for about 13 years at prior home, and didn't hesitate to install same (newer) tub at new home.

We had an LA Spa that came with the cabin we purchased. It was 13 years old and on it's last leg. A friend of ours had purchased a Hot Spring Hot Tub about 10 years ago and we have always liked Hot Spring. When we decided to get a new hot tub we did not have to look at other hot tubs or think about what we wanted, we knew we wanted a Hot Spring, The big decision was what size to get and any options. It has been installed and we love it.

Hello, wondering how long you've had yours. I've seen several reviews that indicated high maintenance costs of breakage/leakage after a few years. I'm hoping to find some people who have had this model for 5-7 years and are still pleased with their purchase. Thanks!

Excellant Hot tub....... had sum problems with the remote control pad but hopefully have it worked out. Love the extra lights and lights zones esp under the cabinet and the corners. Having a hard time saving the light set up for the 1 thru 4 zones. It goes to its own default even thou the salesperson and I tried to have the program save it. The salesperson I had (Wes) was amazing and outstanding and ever so patient. The set up team just rocked it out for what they were face with and made easy work of a interesting set up. It was a amazing day and my hats off to the whole team at Valley Pool & Spa.
