We originally were going to add the hot tub when we built our house. But today we have not been disappointed. It is a beautiful Hot Tub. We love all the features. It is the perfect size, easy to maintain and operate!

We are glad that we chose Hot Springs Vanguard series. It has proven to be a highly valued purchase. I have chronic back and neck pain. Buy using the spa daily it has helped myself and my wife, feel and sleep better.

This is the third an last Hot Springs hot tub that I will purchase!!!!!
The tub has leaked from the very first day I received it>
Customer service by Watkins was useless!
I will advise all people I know not to purchase one!!!!!!!!

Purchased to relax in. Discovered it’s therapeutic too. I’ve a shoulder injury from years ago that I’ve just lived with the discomfort of. The hydro therapy cleared it out in about a week! I didn’t expect that.

We have wanted one for a while now and did a lot of research, and the HotSpring was just the best spa on the market. Long lasting, quality, ease of maintenance, it all added up to the one we wanted. We ordered the Vanguard and LOVE it!! We should not have waiting so long to get one!

First one we had for 21 years and it was Amazing Buy the BEST and from local business owners..
I have a titanium spine and the Hot Springs Vanguard with Motto Massage Only Way to go...

It’s great to go out after dark every night and slide into the nice hot water and get a good relaxing massage with the moto seats! It’s feels so good at the end of the day. The salt system is so easy to take care of and no shower is needed afterwards because the hot tub water is cleaner than the shower water! It so relaxing before bed, it helps us both sleep better.

This has already, in the first few months, been a great pleasure.
Relaxing feel, clean water and absolute comfort!
We live in the South and even during most of the summer, mornings were cool enough to enjoy - now with Fall here and Winter coming, it feels fantastic.

I am the kind of consumer when spending a lot of money that I OVER Research the product.
Hot Tubs are like Cars in that there are many producers and products available. The wife and I always buy and drive BMW's and our kids both drive either a BMW or Acura
The Vanguard Tub from Hot Springs is truly the BMW of Tubs. I say this because of their appearance, styling and operation.
The dealer in San Rafael are truly professionals in every way. NOT pushy NOR cheesie like the other Spa Dealers (lets just call them the Chevy's or Hyundai's) not saying they are bad Tubs but not something I would want to OWN for sure.
So Far...So Great with my Vanguard...I had a HS Spa at my last home and left it there as the buyer wanted the Tub to remain when we sold our home...that TUB was 10 years old and Great also.
The NEW Technology with these 2023 Tubs is CRAZY Cool!
More Aqua therapy then you need but well worth the investment.

This is my second Vanguard spa in 15 years. The first is still operating as far as I know. I moved and bought another. I like foot jets and would prefer to have the orientation somehow across from the moto massage seats. Perhaps other models do this. I had some motor vibration noise that I fixed by adding some garden kneeling padding under the exit hose of the offending motor and that quieted the vibration. The cover hard cover may not make it through the deep snow in the winter. Hard to make'em light and strong. They are very pricey. The tub had more than doubled in 15 years. I know I know. Inflation. Would I buy another one? Yes! Hot Spring filtration is the best. It will still take some work to clean after a your teenage daughters friends come over and their spray tans melt off into your spa. Gross.

We have had our Vanguard for about 2 months now. We got it in the heat of summer, but were determined to use it anyway! We like the “Summer” setting that will keep the heater off during the hot part of the day. We love the power of the jets and the ease of water care!

2023 Hot Springs Vanguard

We have owned a Vanguard since 2004. We moved in 2021 and the previous owners had a Hot Spot Hot Tub. In 2019 I had major back surgery and the Hot Spot just did not have the jet / massage functions I needed. We traded up to the new 2023 Vanguard model and we could not be more pleased with all of the new Vanguards functions. Easier to enter and exit with a larger interior shelf. We upgraded to have the salt system which was a great upgrade. The new Vanguard is very easy to maintain the chemical levels. The new jets are Fantastic. Actually some of the jets we need to back off from full power as they are so strong. Another great feature of some of the jets is that you can adjust the flow of an individual jet. These easy adjustments are great as my wife likes a lower flow, but I enjoy the full power, which really helps my back. Overall the new Vanguard is an excellent choice for anyone and we highly recommend the new Vanguard.

My Spa Experience

I have loved spas for years but never owned one. I finally decided to take that plunge and buy one. I can't believe I waited so long! I love my spa. I was concerned that I would be overwhelmed by what would be required for care. Boy was I wrong! This thing tells you what to do, when to do it and reminds you to do it. I spend 30 minutes a day in it and love every minute. I just wish had not waited so long! The support from my dealer, Year Round Pool, has been perfect. I am very happy!

So I have the 38 jet, 335gallon, 6 seater HotSpring Spa. Firstly, it’s a beautiful machine. Very sleek from its wood colored/ textured polymer side panels and a beautiful vinyl cover. The lighting inside and out is gorgeous at night and helps you relax. It also sets a romantic ambiance for you and your partner. The oscillating jets in this model have change my quality of life. I’m a disabled veteran with degenerative disks and I’ve been able to move, bend and most importantly sleep better than I have in years. The salt water edition makes the maintenance simple. With some test strips and the chlorine adjustable feature on this unit, it’s as maintenance free as you can get. There’s so many Great things to describe about this unit and it’s all worry free with the HotSprings 5 year bumper to bumper warranty! Thank you HotSprings.

This was the best investment we ever made. We suffer with back issues and arthritis and our son in law had psoriasis so It’s helped with all our aches and pains, improved quality time with our families and reduced the number of migraines. Even the littles kids play in it from time to time which relaxes them for a really good nights sleep for all.
