Great pressure and massaging. awesome.
but the corner seats are really deep and tough to stay in to get that full consistent pressure from the jets. (I'm 6'1").

would like to have some App control for the tub. at this price seems easy and cheap to put in an IOT chip to be able to view all the details of the tub, cleaning, temp, control temp and lights, etc.

My Hotspring is used all year round! In the coldest days it stays warm and in the summer we keep the temperature lower and we cool off in it.

Hot Springs - Simply the Best!

I like to compare my Hot Springs spa to a certain computer company that I'm fond of; the one with the fruit. It just works! Every evening before bed the hot tub is ready and I don't have to consider anything but enjoying a wonderful soak. Simple and to the point.

Love my Vanguard model

I'm a first time hot tub owner and was pretty nervous about using and caring for a hot tub. The company that I bought it from delivered it and set it up for me filled it with water and gave me some basic instructions. I quickly learned on my own as it was really easy to figure everything out. The water cure has been super easy with the salt system. I've had this tub almost a year now and only one time that I have a water issue which was quickly resolved and was totally my fault for ignoring it for weeks over the winter. I have had no issues with my hot tub end it has been super easy to maintain. The hot tub looks as good as it did the day it was delivered and is running perfectly. I did not get the one with the lounger because it would've taken too long to get but I still think I would've like that. I love the removable remote which is very convenient. Would highly recommend Hot Spring spas!

Great Hot tub and Employees are great as well

We had to wait along time for the hot tub but it was worth it. The employees are very helpful and explained how to use it. We had trouble with it as there was too much iron in the well water…they worked with us to find a solution. Then 6 mos later we had a house fire. We had to move out and they came and drained the hot tub and prepared it for not being used for awhile. They did not charge us…the fire was devastating but when people did extra for you like they did it made us appreciate people around us.

We got this hot tub about 1.5 year ago. Basically a good hot tub and very enjoyable to use. I will just list some of the negatives about my tub for your review so you have info for your decision about purchasing. I am not unhappy with my purchase but do wish somethings were different. Its easy to care for and i usually test water daily to keep it clear. I do find we get a lot of foam even when water is balanced so not sure - i always keep on hand a bottle of the foam remover on hand for that and it works in an instant. We have the salt filter and i find it hard to keep the salt level good ... not sure if it is our water or what but i have been through 6 salt cartridges since purchase since the remote says it needs to be changed so i basically dont really use that anymore and just treat it as a standard chlorine hot tub and bypass the salt system. If you get the salt and it works well it is supposed to be much less chemical balancing needed. The tub is quick to empty and refill which is nice. I dont like the fact that there is only 2 spots to sit up higher if heat gets to be too much but the seats are right next to each other. The ledge around tub is also narrow so you are not really able to sit on the ledge safely to get a break from the heat. It would be nice if they had seats that were very shallow but on opposite sides so when you want a break from heat you dont have to sit right on top of each other. The lid has the brackets to make taking on/off easy with just one person so that is nice. The tub we have runs very loud when both jets are on. Not sure if this is normal but i did ask our salesman and he checked and all is fine. So when all jets on it is a bit loud and can disturb if tables or somehting nearby and means the music and the talking have to be louder. We have the ceramic filters which last longer than the fabric ones and we just hose off and soak off in cleaner whenever i empty and clean the tub. The speakers are located in odd spots there are only 2 speakers and they are on the same front section on opposite sides so if you want to hear the music it needs to be a bit loud in order to hear over the jets and if you are sitting on far side from speakers. But if your sitting in front of the speakers then its too loud to hear the conversations easily. I do like the bottom of tub is not wood so that helps with any water that gets under tub not being able to root any wood.

Whole family enjoys our Hot Spring spa

My family loves our new spa. The kids use it to warm up after being in the lake or with friends at night. When we get a chance to use it alone we can relax and let the spa massage our aching muscles after a day of yard work. The salt water system is a huge improvement from previous spas we owned.

My spa is about a year old. This is my second Hot Spring spa the other one I had I had for 11 years with very little problems. Moved into a new place so I needed a new spa. Love the salt water system took a little while to get used to the maintenance it makes it quite easy. The local dealers quite helpful on anything.

When you've had back issues for years and nothing helps with the daily aches and pains. I suggest getting a hot tub. So relaxing and I can actually say I come out with less pain and am able to move easier.

Expensive but worth it

When we first shopped for a new hot tub the HotSpring spas were appealing but seemed very costly. In the end, we decided we didn’t want another cheap spa. We went with the HotSpring and love it. The new salt and titanium rod system were over rated but does help keep the water stable for much longer than a system without it. Unfortunately the replacement cartridges are very expensive. We are still considering if using them is worth it or not. But again, I remain happy with our purchase. We used our spa nearly everyday last winter (we live in Florida) and several nights during the summer. It should be noted that the seating can be a bit uncomfortable and they sit quite low in the water, resulting in a tendency to float up off the seats. A lack of non-slip surfaces also makes staying in one spot a bit difficult at times. The computer controller is mostly functional but for the price I expected more functionality and better stability.

I've been enjoying my Vanguard spa for 6 months now and love it with the exception of. Water care has definitely been a learning curve, but I believe I've gotten it figured out for the most part. I'm concerned however about the salt cartridges that are supposed to last 3 to 4 months depending on use. So far I've had to replace the cartridge about every 6 weeks, i'm on my 4th cartridge now and the tub was installed on March 19th, 2021. Other than that I'm very pleased with the tub.

I have always wanted a hot tub but was overwhelmed with all of the different types. I am so glad I chose the Hot Spring Vanguard. It is easy to maintain, and sooooo comfortable. It is totally worth the cost. I would definitely purchase again!

I have really enjoyed my spa the past few months. I wish that the temperature didn't automatically start at 106 degrees (even when you turn off and restart the spa-default I guess)...working to keep it much lower. I enjoy all of the features.
