Since purchasing our Hot Springs Vanguard from Georgia Spa almost a year ago, it has been a delightful experience all around. We purchased the Freshwater Salt, CoolZone and Bluetooth enhancements and very glad we did. The Freshwater Salt system make maintenace easy and yoru skin soft and smooth. Our dealer, Georgia Spa are the best to work with and always responsive to whatever we need. Great experience all around and look forward to enjoying our Hot Springs hot tup for many years to come!

Second Hot Springs Tub For Us

After squeezing everything we could out of our previous 15-year-old Hot Springs hot tub, my wife and I gifted ourselves a new Hot Springs saltwater hot tub for Christmas. Best present EVER! And the best part is I don't have to be a chemist to keep the water clear....the Freshwater salt system is literally effortless water maintenance.

I have degenerated discs in my back. My doctor suggested a spa for the heat and massage. It has done wonders. I am no longer taking a hand full of Ibuprofen on a daily basis to help with the pain. We use it most nights before bed and early mornings before starting our days. It has truly helped us relax in general. So glad we made the purchase.

Our best hot tub yet!

We have owned various brands of hot tubs over the last twenty-plus years and none had been as easy to care for as our Vanguard. The filters are amazing and the water is always crystal clear! We installed this spa a few months ago and the electric bill hardly changed. BIG Hot Spring fans here - wish we would have done this sooner! The company we bought from has also been amazing - very concerned that we are happy and enjoying the tub.
Our favorite feature is the Motomassage jets. We both have bad backs and the hot tub helps manage the pain and life is better. It feels like a real massage. Love it!

Overall we have been extremely pleased with our Spa. It will easily fit 6 full sized adults, or even more kids. We have had it for a year now and mechanically it has worked great. It look us a while to get the chemistry right, and you do need to drain it at least once a quarter, but with that said it really has been easy to care for. We also love the easy lift cover, even my wife (who has cerebral palsy) can lift it with ease.

A tub that can be used all year around and with easy maintenance and cost of chemicals are very reasonable. I recommend hotsprings spa to any one looking for one.

Great hot tub overall!

We love the lighting package, shiatsu massage and cool down seating options. The touchscreen remote is nice but not very responsive if fingers are anything but dry... definitely wish there was an app we could use instead. Still undecided on the salt water system since it's still new but we've noticed that the diagnostic tools in the remote differ from salt water test strips.

My wife and I purchase our spa and couldn't wait to jump in it is worth the price. I would suggest buy the fresh water salt system and the sound system you will be glad you did.

Protection mode every few days

My spa won't operate consistently. When it works, I do love it. I have had the local dealer out to service it several times and I continue to find it in protection mode every few days. I do clean and replace the filters often. Can I speak with someone about returning this faulty spa? I paid way too much for a spa that doesn't work.

We bought our Tub in 1994 for our “roof top deck”. Hot Springs has the BEST and longest warranty out there! 5 years! About 2 months left on our warranty, the tub developed a hairline crack on the inside. Hot Springs replaced our Tub! We have had this Tub now for 22 years! It’s truly “an oldie but a goodie”! Olympic Hot Tub has been out several times in the past to fix problems as they’ve come up, always with huge success! Our Tub still runs like a champ! We use it daily!

Salt Cartridges Wear too Fast

Cartridges do not last anywhere near the advertised length of 3-4 months. The current cartridge was inserted on April 4, 2021 and yesterday(4/27) we got the low inactive message. Cleaned all filters hoping that would improve situation but still blinking on indicator light and message still says low/inactive.

After managing other water sanitation systems using harsh chemicals, ozone and even silver ion cartridges, this new saltwater system is heavenly! Both the maintenance and the comfortable silky smooth feel of the water when soaking. I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

I had wanted a hot tub for years but was unable to find enough owners to ask how they liked theirs. I finally searched online for some videos that compared the various higher end tubs available. Some of the questions I had were answered by the plethora of videos and reviews. The first question I had was the durability of the shell both the surface and the support. There are several different types of construction of the tubs and the amount and types of insulation used for support and energy efficiency. After visiting the two dealers in my immediate area, I made the decision to go with HotSprings Spas. The dealer experience plays a large part in the confidence that I am getting both a good product but also good after purchase support and assistance. I am completely satisfied with both. I have owned my Vanguard for 2 years and use it as often as 5 times a week in the winter and 1-2 times in summers hottest evenings.

I have had a hard time with the front of the spa falling down (sometimes from vibration and sometimes it just falls off? Needs better latches...also, it difficult for one person to put back, takes two people. At this time, I have bricks holding up one side (and this is a brand new, fresh off the truck) spa. Also, the electric cord attached to the front that hooks to the outside insignia to let me know if I need to give my attention to the spa, pulled out of the holder and it's broken. I would give it 5 stars if these things hadn't gone wrong with it...does anyone want to fix it??? Thank you, JA

The entire experience of purchase, delivery, installation and follow up with our Prisco wellness consultant Jason and service with Linda and Cortrell has been awesome! A 12 out of 10!!! From the first day we used our new Hot Springs spa we felt an immediate improvement in physical wellness. Start up was a breeze and maintenance has been very easy. A great value for the spend and we completely recommend. If this is something you're thinking about doing, get it done as you will not regret the decision!!!

We have owned our Vanguard for almost 20 years. It is still superb. I am looking for some help in buying a plastic protection cover to go over the cover to protect it from the sun damage and birds. Please can some one point me in the right direction. 2019mm x 2019mm in size.
